Villa Boaters Paradise. Wie der Name schon verrät, zeichnet diese Villa die tolle Lage am Wasser mit kurzem Zugang zum offenen Wasser aus. In einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft liegt diese Villa am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Ausgerichtet in Südlage haben Sie einen tollen Blick über die ganze Kanalkreuzung. Delphine schwimmen ständig hier vorbei und jagen Fische.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Platz auf 200 m² Wohnfläche. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt an die Küche, die sehr geräumig ist und alles bietet was man zum Kochen benötigt. Vom Wohnraum gelangen Sie durch die großen Glastüren zum Poolbereich. Durch die Türen haben Sie auch die ganze Zeit einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser.
Der Master Schlafbereich wird separat mit einer Klimaanlage gekühlt und hat ein eigenes Bad. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der anderen Seite im Haus. Beide haben ein tolles, modernes Bad mit Dusche.
Der Poolbereich ist groß genug für alle Poolliegen und eine Lounge-Ecke, weiterhin befindet sich hier noch ein Essbereich, eine Bar und der Grill auf dem Sie tolle Steaks zubereiten können. Den Pool können Sie auf Wunsch beheizen und er ist groß genug für ein paar Schwimmbahnen.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and set up perfectly for a family vacation! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and it's conveniently located next to stores, restaurants, and Sanibel/Captiva. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing out by the canal. We would 100% stay here again.
Great Property!
This was our 7th year in Cape Coral and finally we have found home. This was the first home we rented on Bimini Canal and that was really wonderful. So much to look at with all the boats and even dolphins swimming by right outside the house. The house was very nice and very well equipped. The kids loved the pool and we also ended up renting a boat from the management company that takes care of the house. The boat really was a game changer! We did a bunch of canal cruising as well as going to lunch in FT Myers Beach as well as the Cape Coral YC. We can highly recommend this property and would love to come back.

The location was beautiful and made me want to sit out on the porch all day to watch the boats go by. We rented a boat for our stay and it was a perfect addition---highly recommend! Easy to take the boat over to Sanibel Island for the day or sunset cruise at night. Publix is less than 5 minutes down the road. Comfortable, well-maintained accommodations. This property is on a cul-de- sac lot so you have water views on two sides which is a real treat. Very quiet location which is perfect if you are looking to unwind, but I didn't feel like my four loud children were bothering anyone either! Highly recommend. Just don't book the week we want to go back next summer!!!
Exceeded our expectations
This place exceeded our expectations! Was great having kids rooms on one side of the house and master on other. You can see the water from almost every window in the home. We loved the area! Rented a boat for three days, enjoyed Sanibel island and the pool was great for the kids. Had a farewell visit from a pod of manatees our last night. What a treat!

Wonderful experience!
My family and I rented this property for a family vacation and we enjoyed every minute. The check in and out process was seamless, the house was thoroughly cleaned, was beautiful and it had all the essentials that we needed. We especially enjoyed the location. It was in a perfect spot on the canal to watch boats go back and forth and to watch for dolphins and manatee which we saw several. We also rented the optional boat for 3 days which was so much fun and was a quick 10-15 minute ride out into the open gulf waters where we saw a lot more dolphins. The pool area at the house was spectacular and we really enjoyed the covered patio and tiki area down by the water for early morning coffee and late night card games. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away to an exclusive spot on the water. Thank you Monja and Patricia for making sure we had everything we needed. We will be coming back in the future!

Very clean, open home!
We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and very open and bright! Well stocked and ready to go! A couple doors has been removed for the people who stayed before us, we made a call on arrival and they came quickly to re-attach the doors and also look at the pool as the pump didn’t seem to be running (and again, fixed it quickly!) It was so beautiful being right on the channel. The kids loved the pool! The pool cover was needing replaced - we made sure to mention at checkout. Checkout process was quick and easy. Wish the hole access pin would have been made available through the VRBO app as it was sent to spam folder and I couldn’t find it causing some panic and stress upon arrival when management company wasn’t answering calls from VRBO, but thank goodness I didn’t finally find the email and we were able to access the home. Loved the Cape Coral area, home was easy to get to and we were close to everything.

This home was perfect for our Christmas stay. Wishing it was for New Years too! We loved the home layout and the pool view, gulf access canal, and canal front deck / tiki . Mom loved watching the boats go by. All necessities taken care of . Large pool to do laps. Welcome beverages added a kind touch. Service was impeccable! I would love to come back ..hated to leave!

We had a fantastic time.
We rented the boat for 3 days and had a lot of fun in the pool. House was well stocked And property managers were available just a call away. The AC in main bedroom stopped working in the night but a technician was sent in the morning very quickly. Property is well maintained and the whole experience was amazing. W would definitely stay again if possible
We will be returning in a few months.

Everything was more than we expected! The location was phenomenal! We rented a boat and took it out everyday. The home was clean, the pool was ready, and the view was spectacular! We look forward to staying here again!
Klasse Haus, gerne wieder
Klasse Haus für Singles und Familien. Ich selber war alleine vor Ort und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Es handelt sich um ein Eckgrundstück am Kanal, auf dem man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat.
All in all, we had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay tremendously!
