Diese Villa im Südwesten Cape Corals wurde vor kurzem stilvoll komplett neu eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen vielfältigen Familienurlaub. Sie liegt an einem breiten Kanal in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nahe der wunderschönen Mangroven und dem Cape Harbour mit Shops, Restaurants und Camelot Park mit Tennisplätzen.
Auf zwei Etagen findet jeder seinen Rückzugsort. Der Wohnraum bietet ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Abende. Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir eine Samsung Soundbar installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät hören. Durch die Glastüren gelangen Sie direkt zum Poolbereich. Dieser bietet mit Whirlpool, Lounge Ecke und Sonnenliegen Urlaubsstimmung pur. Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr. Ebenso vorhanden sind Strandhandtücher, Sonnenschirme, große Kühlbox, Strandstühle für Ausflüge. Nach einem entspannten Urlaubstag lädt ein BBQ Grill zu leckeren Grillabenden ein.
Die Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, jedes ist mit einem King Bett ausgestattet, sowie zwei Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC. Falls Sie im Urlaub einmal arbeiten müssen, finden Sie hier ein Büro mit Schreibtisch und Drucker.
Direkt am Kanal können Sie entspannt die Sonne genießen.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

Feel-good Villa
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Cape Belle Vue very much. Everything was to our complete satisfaction: the house with all the amenities, the service and the on-site support. The villa is very well equipped and really nothing is missing. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Milton. CoralVilla even made a partial refund. We can only recommend staying in the villa, but also booking with CoralVilla. We are looking forward for our next stay.

This location was beautiful. Included many wonderful amenities such as, kayaks, paddle boards, pool table and so much more. My family and I had an amazing vacation staying at this home, the pool was wonderful and the view of the canal was beautiful. The check in was easy and communication with rental management was great!

Dieser Ort war wunderschön. Es waren viele tolle Ausstattungen vorhanden wie, Kajaks, Paddelbretter, Billardtisch und so viel mehr. Meine Familie und ich hatten einen erstaunlichen Urlaub in diesem Haus zu bleiben, der Pool war wunderbar und der Blick auf den Kanal war schön. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war großartig!

Went with my husband on a last minute visit and everything was great. There was a small issue with the spa and the host visited on site promptly to resolve in person. Impressed with the space and how comfortable everything was. Would definitely stay again with a group.
Wonderful relaxing stay!
We had a great time at Belle Vue! Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. We took advantage of taking many bike rides, lots of time in the pool and playing pool and shuffle board. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with family and friends!

Beautiful Cape Coral home
We absolutely loved this home! We've been out of our home in Punta Gorda since the hurricane and have been renting week to week in the area for the past 2 months. This is the best home we've had yet. Everything on the interior was just perfect and the canal views are lovely. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the property manager was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful House
This is the 2nd rental house we have booked with this amazing rental company. We loved our first rental, Villa Perfection, and we loved this location too! This house has the most comfortable beds and every amenity you can imagine. It has bicycles, kayaks, a paddleboard, and everything you need for the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary gadgets too. When we arrived, the house was spotless, and every item was in place and perfect. And I have to mention that the CoralVilla staff we interacted with have always been attentive, professional, kind, and just awesome! Thanks CoralVilla for another perfect week! This home has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Everything in the house was upscale, the decor is beautiful. The kitchen has every gadget you need, the mattress to sleep were excellent, the outdoor are extremely relaxing, indoor/outdoor games to enjoy with family. The host was very friendly & was there for all our needs. We definitely would comeback to this home without a second thought! Thank you for all you help, was greatly appreciated !!!
Awesome vacation house.
Highly recommend. Everything you need is available in the house. Great host. Great views of the water super nice pool and lanai area. Host even provided bikes for some morning exercise and views of the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
Villa Cape Belle Vue
We stayed for 10 days in this Villa. With the bedrooms upstairs, it seems small, but lots of outdoor space. The pool was warm, hot tub toasty, and lots of activities for the kids with shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong in garage. Boat traffic was almost nil as at end of canal. Lots of time to relax and take in the beautiful view. CoralVilla is a great company to deal with, and it’s always stocked with plenty of housewares and towels. The host Anja is wonderful. This is our 4th year making family memories with our Grandchildren, can’t wait to return next year.
