Diese Villa bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Top Wohnlage im Rose Garden, Südausrichtung mit frontalem Wasserblick über das ganze Basin und eine sehr gute Bootslage mit kurzem Weg zum River.
Auf zwei Etagen, sowie auch auf dem großen Pool Deck mit zusätzlicher Tiki Hut Lounge Area finden Sie ausreichend Platz. Den ersten Wow-Faktor gibt es schon beim Eintreten in die Villa. Der geräumige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet viel Platz und direkt eine unglaubliche Sicht auf den Poolbereich sowie das weitläufige Basin. Dieser Blick ist kaum zu toppen. Durch die großen Schiebetüren verbindet sich der Wohnbereich mit der Terrasse. In der vollausgestatteten Küche (mit Nespresso Maschine!) können Sie sich einen Cocktail oder Kaffee zubereiten, und sich dann gemütlich im Außenbereich ein Plätzchen zum relaxen suchen. An heißen Sommertagen ist der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die kleinen Wasserfeatures und die Aussicht schaffen eine entspannte Urlaubsatmosphäre. Blaues Wasser soweit das Auge reicht!
Im Poolbereich finden sich, nebst Esstisch, ausreichend Liegen und ein BBQ Grill für die tollen Grillabende. Das schöne Pool Deck ist in ansprechendem Naturstein ausgelegt; der Pool wurde kürzlich renoviert und mit Glasfliesen im modernen Design ausgestattet. Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Zudem verfügt die Villa über eine professionelle Sprühanlage auf der Terrasse, um vor Insekten zu schützen.
Am Bootsdock (mit Lift, auf Anfrage) direkt am Wasser finden Sie Sitzmöglichkeiten, um den Sonnenuntergang bestmöglich zu genießen. Delphine und Seekühe kommen ständig hier vorbei. Starten Sie direkt von hier aus in ein Abenteuer auf den Kanälen der Umgebung, mit den zwei Stand-Up Paddle Boards, die inklusive sind.
Für Kinder und Spielefans ein besonderes Highlight: der Game Room mit Billard-Tisch, Darts und Kicker. Hier ist der Spaß ungestört stundenlang garantiert.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Auf dem TV im Wohnzimmer steht Ihnen Apple TV zur Verfügung.
Insgesamt bietet die Villa Key West vier Schlafzimmer und vier Bäder. Genügend Platz, um auch mit zwei Familien den Urlaub zu verbringen. Durch die vielen Bereiche drinnen wie draußen findet jeder seinen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.

This house is stunning!
We had two families of four go here for Spring and it was perfect. We spent everyday enjoying the beautiful pool and views of the canals. The house had so much space for everyone to spread out, and lots of great common spaces. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked (we loved the Nespresso machine), and the hosts friendly and helpful. The garage/game room had plenty of pool items and things to bring out to the beach when we did a day trip to Sanibel. One thing we didn’t realize when booking was how great of a location the house is in on the canal in relation to getting out to the open water. We rented a boat through the same company that owns the house and enjoyed our time cruising the canals, and going to nearby restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends
Relax at the Spectacular Villa Key West
Villa Key West is a large, lovely, well-appointed rental home located right on the water offering spectacular views. This home feels comfortable and luxuriously private. The coastal style of decorating felt fresh and relaxing. The home is spacious offering a beautiful open-air concept from the moment you enter the premises out to the waterfront. Stepping outdoors delivers you onto the gorgeous patio with a heated saltwater pool, covered outdoor dining area, comfortable "tiki" hut and outdoor kitchen area. Then.... on down to the docks to the sunbathing chaises where sunrise AND sunset can be enjoyed! There is also a great slip for your boat. The size of the indoor kitchen was fabulous offering quality cabinets, extra-large island and nice appliances. Bedrooms are great and luxury bathrooms are superior. We were very pleased with the house hosts/managers who provided outstanding customer service.

Relaxing getaway in a great Cape Coral location
Picture perfect weather for our 8 days! Lovely pool area with a 2 story lanai. Dock area was a must in the late afternoon to catch a breeze or see the dolphins! House delivered as promised! Lovely stay!
Fabulous Family Vacation
We took our adult kids, spouses and grandchildren age 4 and 10 months on this vacation. It was a great home with 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The pool area is fantastic and very large. It looked out on a large canal area not like the typical canals in the area. The pool was in the sun all day which was perfect and what we always look for. There were pool floats and toys. We did go to the beach and they provided 2 beach chairs. We would have loved an umbrella with the baby with us. There was a sand bucket and shovels for the 4 year old. The kitchen was large and very well appointed. We never used the grill but they have one. There is a bathroom right off the pool which is convenient. The house was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The only thing we could say is that getting to any beach on the gulf is a 35-45 minute drive over bridges that can back up. There was a charge at the end of our stay with the electricity used heating the pool which was a new thing for us with rentals. The management company was wonderful and very prompt with any questions we had.
The house was perfect.
Only 4 adults and a 4 yr old and was ideal. Everyone had their own space and 2 sitting/tv rooms were perfect for 2 families. The location is great. Watched the manatees and even seen a few dolphins. The property manager Patricia was excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend this home for your family.

Everything was as presented. Quick response from the host when needed. Perfect place for a boat rental if your a boating/fishing group. We would all return for another stay.

Perfect setting with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The owner was always available to answer questions, give advice for dinning etc. Home is very clean and accommodating.
Great Family home!
We stayed at the villa with our family of 5. Kids 18,16, and 9. Lots of space to spread out for everyone. Great neighborhood and home was super clean. Only thing that would have made the property perfect would have been paddleboards and bikes. We ended up renting them in town and loved every minute of the vacation.

CoralVilla was the perfect escape for our family! The amenities were perfect for our boys ranging in age from 5-16. They loved the pool, hot tub, kayak and garage game room. The villa was extraordinarily clean and Patricia (our host) was very friendly and responsive! We couldn’t find life vests for the Kayaks and within minutes of my text they were dropped off at our front door! You can’t beat the view. The location was not as close to the beautiful beaches as I had hoped, but close to plenty of shops & restaurants. You can get to many other spots within 30 minutes or so! We would most definitely return!

Very nice house in a safe and clean neighborhood.
The rental process was smooth. I did think it was wired that we paid for electricity and cleaning but where still asked to do house hold laundry prior to check out. In the end it was nicer to have the towels and linings in the home than have to bring our own.
The house was just perfect.
Very spacious for my family. The pool and hot tub were a hit and we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place. I'll like to come back anytime soon. Everything was excellent and we really loved it. The pool was great, but sometimes it was too hot.
It was one of the best Florida experiences we have had to date!
Expect a beautiful space. I highly recommend renting a boat. Look forward to a great kitchen and outdoor space, beautiful bedroom and balcony views of the canal, dolphins, and surrounding area. You will wish you lived here!

Location is awesome!
This house is FABULOUS! It has access to the gulf by boat - yet it’s on a Great Lake instead of just a skinny waterway where you are staring at your neighbors from the back deck. This view is fabulous to wake up to and a dream to fall asleep to the twinkling lights on the water. The house itself is super spacious, the beds were comfy, two living rooms was a bonus, the kids loved the pool and the pool table, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The hot tub is a bit clunky to operate, but it was worth the hassle to relax each night looking out over the water.

The house was great! Convenient location to most everywhere we wanted to go. The view is beautiful! I would definitely recommend and would return.
Great family getaway
Everything about this property was as good if not better as described and it proved to be the perfect place for our family getaway. Our kids (6 and 9) loved the spaciousness of the house, the games in the garage and especially the patio/pool area and were happy to spend all day there playing without ever feeling like they needed to go anywhere else to keep having fun. Would highly recommend both the property and the managers, who were great to work with throughout the entire process, to anyone!

This is one of the best properties we have found for our large family with small children. Two masters plus two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Tons of space.

Impressive property - photos don't do it justice, it feels much bigger. Location is great and support from CoralVilla was excellent. One thing we weren't expecting, which wasn't in the original villa description or the booking confirmation is that the electricity comes out of your security deposit
Wonderful and magical stay in Cape Coral
Das Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. It was everything the listing stated but even more beautiful than the photos can provide. We caught beautiful fish off the dock in the evenings and boated to Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva during the days. The pool and spa were enjoyed by everyone and the bedroom location and sizes allowed everyone to have their own separate quiet areas to unwind from the daily escapades. We travel from Colorado every year and have already shared with our friends who are already looking to come down and experience the same enjoyment that we received from this beautiful canal home. Best vacation home!
Our family of 5 just returned from a 9-day stay in this beautiful home. This is our third rental in Cape Coral. Beds were super comfortable. Showers were fabulous. Very quiet. The lanai is massive and a show stopper. Youll be hard-pressed to find a better view in Cape Coral unless youre on the river. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Tolle Lage!!!
Die Villa Key West und die Lage waren wunderbar und wie wir es von den Fotos erwartet hatten. Alles war sehr sauber und ansprechend. Patricia hat alles bestens arrangiert und uns nett eingewiesen. Auch mit dem Boot hat alles hervorragend geklappt.
