Villa Perfect Life - Architektur, Einrichtung und Dekoration versetzen Sie schon beim Betreten der Villa in Urlaubsstimmung. Stilelemente sind kleine Vordächer, Veranden und die holzvertäfelte Fassade.
Die beiden großzügigen Master- Suiten haben direkten Zugang zum Pool-Deck und Blick übers Wasser. Die dritte Suite ist durch eine Schiebetür und einen eigenen Flur räumlich getrennt. Alle Suiten verfügen über eine eigene Dusche mit WC, die Master Suite zusätzlich über eine Badewanne. In reichlich bemessenen begehbaren Schränken bringen Sie bequem Ihre Reisegarderobe unter. Selbstverständlich ist durch eigene TV‘s und Sound-Docks in jedem Schlafzimmer für Entertainment gesorgt. Hier können Sie auch deutsche Programme schauen.
Im über 100 qm großen, offen gestalteten Wohn-Essbereich finden Sie einen komfortablen Wohnbereich für 6 Personen mit Flatscreen-TV und Stereoanlage.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Zur Steuerung der Sonos - Soundanlage und zum Internetsurfen steht ein Tablet Computer zur Verfügung.
Die moderne, offene Küche lässt auch bei anspruchsvollen Gourmetköchen keine Wünsche offen. Vom Essbereich haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick über den Pool und den Kanal nach Südwesten.
Neben der klassischen Filterkaffeemaschine finden Sie zusätzlich eine Nespresso Maschine und einen Milchaufschäumer. Bitte bringen Sie die Kapseln hierfür von Zuhause mit.
Dem Wohnbereich angegliedert befindet sich die Entertainment-Zone. Die extra hohen Schiebetüren lassen sich komplett zur sogenannten Lanai öffnen. Damit erschließt sich übergangslos ein riesiger kombinierter Indoor/Outdoor Wohnbereich.
Eine weitere Besonderheit ist der Airhockey - Tisch. Dieser bringt garantierten Spielspaß für Groß und Klein.
Das Highlight und der Mittelpunkt Ihres Urlaubs in der Villa Perfect Life wird jedoch das Pool-Deck sein. Auf über 170 qm findet hier jeder seinen Platz in der Sonne oder auch im Schatten der 9 Meter hohen Palmen.
Auf der gesamten Fläche wurde importierter, grauer Travertin Steinboden verlegt. Idealerweise sind Terrasse und Pooldeck nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass Sie bereits nach dem Frühstück die Sonne genießen können und zum Dinner vom Sonnenuntergang begleitet werden.
Im beheizbaren Designer-Pool können Sie auf über 10 Metern Länge wahlweise Bahnen schwimmen oder sich in der Flachwasser-Zone mit einem Cocktail in der Hand sonnen. Nachts verzaubert Sie die LED-Beleuchtung des Pools und das ebenfalls beleuchtete Wasserspiel. Der Poolbereich verfügt ferner über einen Whirlpool für bis zu 6 Personen, welcher separat beheizt und beleuchtet werden kann.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Unsere Gäste werden von unserer deutschen Hausverwaltung betreut. Sie wird Ihnen bei eventuellen Fragen und Problemen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite stehen. Nach Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie in das Haus eingewiesen. In der Villa werden Sie außerdem eine Mappe mit wertvollen Informationen über Ihren Urlaubsort finden.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

House was just renovated and is in really good condition. Spacious and clean with a huge outside living area. Local team is very friendly and extremely responsive.
This villa was everything I could of asked for!
You will be in love with the home and space! We will definitely be back!!! Our last day they were having the roof replaced, but prior to our arrival, they asked if we needed to cancel and would get a complete refund. It was a beach day for us so we were ok with it! But the communication on there part was great! The property manager texted during the stay to make sure all was ok and we didn't need anything. This house is BEAUTIFUL!!! And has everything you need! Even beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach! Pool toys, a vaccume, which we used to vaccume out our car after the beach. Cooler, fishing poles... much more!

Die Villa ist für den europäischen Geschmack gebaut/eingerichtet. Die Wirklichkeit entspricht den Prospektbildern. Bis zu drei Paare können hier komfortabel wohnen. Lage ist gut, da in jeweils unter 10 Minuten per Auto der Publix Supermarkt und per Boot der Caloosahatchee River erreicht werden kann. Sauberkeit sehr gut, auch „versteckte Ecken“ werden gereinigt. Empfehlung: scharfes Küchenmesser und evtl. scharfe Steakmesser mitbringen. Abwicklung durch CoralVillas in Deutschland und vor Ort vorbildlich. Es wird sich sehr gut und aufmerksam (und auf Deutsch) um den Kunden gekümmert. Da können sich größere Reiseveranstalter ein Beispiel nehmen. Fantastic Family time
This house was the perfect place to enjoy family time. Plenty of room for all members of the family, including 3 teenagers. The house was beautiful and we spent most of our time in the fabulous pool and hot tub. This home exceeded our expectations. Sonja, the property manager, was a joy to work with & was always available to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to return soon!!

Absolutely stunning home. The pool is amazing, with views of the beautiful Florida sunsets. Tons of towels, pool floats, and beach necessities (coolers, umbrella holder, chairs, etc). My girlfriends and I are already looking to book again!
Great vacation
The location, house, and pool are awesome! Sonia was super nice and instructions are simple. Everything was very clean. They have plenty of beach chairs, towels, coolers, and floats. Highly recommend! Make sure to bring things like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coozies, sunscreen etc. It’s like brand new and there aren’t things just left behind from previous renters.
Beautiful home & pool area
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 weeks at Villa Perfect Life. The house is nicely laid out with a great room and 3 large bedrooms, all with king size beds! Each bedroom hallway had a 2 door system for buffering sound. We loved the beautiful outdoor pool area! It had plenty of room for lounging, eating at the outdoor table, grilling, and swimming. The salt water pool was large enough for lap swimming and so pretty with a hot tub, fountains, and wonderful evening lighting! Sonja and her husband were friendly and quick to respond with any request or problem.

We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best experience we have had. The home is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The location on the canal was a big plus as we were also able to rent a boat from CoralVilla. I can't end without saying the entire management team was such a delight to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was as advertised. We spent most of our time in the pool with the waterfall and spa. Since we were there for a family visit and have been in the area since the early 60’s, we didn’t rent the house for the “location”, but we loved it! The house was very clean, and the design with 3 “master suites” was perfect for us!

What a gorgeous, inviting, clean, comfortable home! The larger than average pool and the modern hot tub were awesome! We opened the sliding glass walls in the living room at nights and enjoyed the cool refreshing breeze! If you have an opportunity I highly recommend the Caloosahatchee!!

We travel to different properties regularly (10+ a year) and this is my favorite home thus far. It has a wonderful layout and the pool is just fantastic. Everything you need (grocery, fuel, restaurants, playgrounds) are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Excellent communication with the property managers . Fishing poles at the home for my son to use. Beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels and buckets for the beach. We also used the bikes everyday! The home was very clean . We rate this home 5 stars!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful 3 week stay at Villa Perfect Life. The home was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool/lanai area, which was incredible. Monja was super responsive throughout the reservation process, as were the local managers Patricia and Heiko during our time there. They went above and beyond, even delivering kayaks for our use after we asked if they were available. We rented a boat for 2 weeks through CoralVilla, which we would highly recommend. Being able to jump on the boat at a moments notice with it being parked right at the house was so convenient. Just a short 20 minute ride to the river and we were on our way to parts of Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers and Cabbage Key. The house, pool and boat really made for a fun and relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend CoralVilla and Villa Perfect Life.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool, hot tub, air hockey table were fun. We enjoyed having three bedrooms all with King size beds and separate bathrooms. Our two teenage daughters were in heaven having their own space. The property was closer to town and make getting everywhere very convenient. We rented this house due to the boat dock/lift but ended up not renting a boat and drove to the beaches instead. Decent fishing on the canal from the dock. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely home.

When we arrived to Villa Perfect Life we were tired after 20hr trip, but as soon as we reached the villa, we felt like someone was waiting for us. The lights were dimmed, great music was playing in the background, there was a bottle of wine left for us, just the perfect greeting of the new guests. Everything was spotless clean, pool area was amazing, the villa itself is perfectly designed and the rooms are located well apart from one another, so if you are staying with your friends and family, you will have your own space when relaxing. Master bathroom is great, closets in every bedroom, so plenty of storage. Kitchen area provides you everything you will need if you are cooking at home. Great to have a BBQ outside, to have a nice steak with a glass of wine enjoying the music which you can control in every room separately. If you are traveling with a child, there are plenty of toys for the little ones to play by the pool of take with you to the beach close by. Highly recommended to rent a boat, because the dock is right outside the pool area, so you can have a very nice boating, watching a sunset. You will definatelly see some dolphins. Patricia and Heiko very nice people. They immediately takes care is anything is needed. Great people and doing their job perfectly. Will highly recommend this villa to my friends and family and cannot wait to be back soon.The Perfect Trip at Perfect Life
We just returned from an amazing trip at Cape Coral in the Perfect Life Villa. I have already recommended CoralVilla to many of our friends. The Villa is beautiful in pictures and even nicer in person. I am a bit of a clean freak and am very wary when booking houses but found this place to be so well maintained and extremely clean. Patricia and Heiko were very helpful and thoughtful when we needed to make a couple of changes with our boat reservation. They also were great at checking us in at the beginning to make sure we understood how to use the features in the house. Definitely book a boat if you can. Nico, our boat instructor, was awesome. Going out on the boat was the highlight of our trip. We saw dolphins every time we went out in the water. I wish I could upload a video because one of the times, the dolphins came so close that we got splashed. There were over 10 around us and they seemed to be playing around our boat. It was unbelievable. We are planning to return in the winter/spring and can't wait to return to the Perfect Life Villa!
