Beschreibung
Auf 2 Etagen finden Sie ausreichend Platz, wie auch auf dem großen Pooldeck. Insgesamt bietet die Villa 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder.
In Erdgeschoss befinden sich das große Master-Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad, das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Küche, sowie ein weiteres Bad, welches Sie auch vom Pool erreichen können.
Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir ein Lautsprechersystem im Wohnraum installiert. Die Relax-Sofas im Wohnraum sind perfekt für Fernsehabende mit dem großem TV und Surround Sound System - Kinofeeling pur. In der 2. Etage befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer, wovon eines Zugang zum großen Balkon hat, und ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem TV ausgestattet.
Die Villa bietet genügend Platz, um auch mit zwei Familien den Urlaub zu verbringen. Durch die vielen unterschiedlichen Bereiche drinnen wie draußen kann jeder seinen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen finden. Die Küche bietet wie in all unseren Villen eine Vollausstattung. Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden.
Ein großer Pool mit Whirlpool wartet auf Sie mit tollem Blick über das Wasser. Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Nebst den Esstisch für draußen haben Sie ausreichend Liegen und einen BBQ Grill für tolle Grillabende. Einen tollen Blick haben Sie auch vom Bootsdock, wo sie es sich gemütlich machen können. Es stehen zwei Kayaks zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie die Gegend vom Wasser aus erkunden können.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die erstklassige Lage der Villa Plantation. Fußläufig liegt der Camelot Park mit kostenlosen Tennisplätzen, BBQ Stationen /Pavillons und einem schönen Spielplatz. Direkt in der Nähe liegt auch der Cape Harbour, der moderne und wunderschön angelegte Yachthafen mit mehreren Restaurants, einem Eiscafé, abendlicher Livemusik und vielem mehr. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert! Ein Supermarkt (Publix) und einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

The home is spacious, the kitchen was amazing! So happy it was stocked w/ everything we needed, including spices, coffee, utensils, all the things to make a full meal. Grocery store is close by. The beds were very comfortable! Absolutely loved the pool & spa, it was easy to adjust the temp & turn on the bubbles & lights. Loved all the inflatables, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, plenty of large thick beach towels. Hairdryers w/their attachments worked great! There was 1 regular cooler & a small cooler provided, didn’t hold ice for long in this weather, but the provided ice packs helped! A larger Yeti type cooler would’ve been better! Need instructions on how to work the TV’s, but super cool there were tons of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Max etc to watch movies, & lots of board games. I’d say a pretty PERFECT vacation!!! Thx!
We had a wonderful time at this villa.
It was walkable to nearby restaurants that were amazing! The pool was the perfect temperature and the view of the canal every morning was amazing. We saw dolphins and a couple manatees! This place is so serene.

Highly Recommend, Amazing Stay!
Beautiful, peaceful location with all the conveniences of home away from home. Grocery store was 1 mile up the road so it made it really easy to stock food for our stay and cook out on the grill in the evenings!! Shopping and restaurants are close as well and it’s only about a 40 min run from the house to Sanibel & Captiva Islands to enjoy all the shells! We also loved the ability to rent a boat too (Thank you Skipper Florian!!!! - Can’t say enough good things about you so here’s a huge shout out to you for making our boat rental an amazing 1st experience) Loved having the dock right at the house too, short run up to Rumrunners restaurant and shops with free docking and easy spot to fuel up before heading out to the Gulf for the day or even just to cruise the canals - manatees & dolphins were wonderful bonuses!!! We will definitely be coming back for another stay :)
Beautiful home with all the amenities.
The hosts were friendly and responsive. The house had plenty of linen, towels and a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans and utensils. Our family enjoyed the pool and the use of the kayaks on the canal. We would highly recommend this place!
Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend
Das Haus war in einem top gepflegtem Zustand, die Zimmer alle sehr schön und den Fotos entsprechend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage für die Nutzung des angemieteten Bootes war die Beste unserer bisherigen Aufenthalte in Cape Coral. Leider gibt es zwei Anmerkungen unsererseits, die nicht mit der Beschreibung des Hauses übereinstimmen. 1. Der beschriebene (und extra durch mich bei der Buchung angefragte) Bootslift ist nicht mehr vorhanden und das vermutlich schon länger, da bereits Vögel in den Kästen der Umlenkrollen genistet haben. 2. Die Garage konnte durch uns nicht genutzt werden, da sie durch Eigentümerfahrzeuge belegt ist (Oldtimer und Jetski). Wir mussten somit bei Fahrten mit dem Auto immer in ein überhitztes Fahrzeug einsteigen oder vorher bei laufendem Motor das Auto durch die Klimaanlage kühlen lassen. Bei mehr als 30 Grad Celsius im Schatten keine schöne Angelegenheit. Zusammenfassend gesagt: "Haus und Lage top, Beschreibung fehlerhaft, Hausverwaltung vor Ort super."
Liebe Familie Weise, vielen Dank für Ihre liebe Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es hier zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist. Das war nie unsere Absicht. Aber unsere Informationen sind nicht fehlerhaft. In unserer Beschreibung der Villa ist nur ein Bootsdock vermerkt und kein Lift und das Dock ist vorhanden und nutzbar. Beautiful home!
From the moment we walked in the house we could tell this was something special! Immaculately clean, beautiful views of the canal, warm inviting pool and spa! We loved the master suite. Took walks everyday to the marina. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this property to anyone especially families.

American Dream
Tolle Villa, in Ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir waren für 3 Wochen in der Villa Plantation, es war eine tolle Zeit. Nach einigen USA Roadtrips hatten wir uns erstmals dafür entschieden die ganze Zeit an einem Ort zu verbringen, und von dort aus unsere Ausflüge zu tätigen. Resümierend die Ideale Entscheidung. Das Haus liegt in einer Top Nachbarschaft, wie man sie sehr selten vorfindet. Die Villa bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man erwartet, Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind aufgrund einer Flugverspätung erst sehr spät angekommen, die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft schon einladend beleuchtet, eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken stand bereit und es lief angenehme Musik im Haus, das sind tolle Details. Beautiful Cape Coral getaway
A perfect location in Cape Coral! Beautiful open water canal length views to the south and amazing sunsets to the west from the dock and upper level balcony. Sun-filled days relaxing and playing in the pool were wonderful. We traveled as a family of 4 but could have easily shared it with another family. Our host Patricia was very responsive and easy to get ahold of had we needed anything. Great location, close easy access to our favorite restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. A fantastic stay all around!

This place was definitely a home away from home. Communication was A1 and any issue was resolved right away. The pool and hot tub was great. We cooked a few times and was stoked to see everything was there that I needed to cook with. Good stuff too.

The house is wonderful. It was clean and had many amenities. We were able to cook one night and I had everything I needed. We loved the pool and spent every day in it. The location is amazing and we were able to take walks and enjoy the scenery. From our time here we want to retire to this area in a few years.

We would love to stay here again
Beautiful and clean home. We had our 4 kids with us that range from 4-13 that loved playing in the pool everyday. We were able to kayak in the canals with manatees and dolphins that would even come up to the dock. Close enough to shopping and dining but beaches were a bit of a drive(we knew this going in). We would definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Cape Coral again in the future!!

Pretty water views and lots of space for our large family.
We loved it!
A must book home! We had an amazing time at this property. The entire house was impeccably clean, the bed and sheets were super comfortable, and all the decor, furnishings, and everyday household items like cutlery, cups, etc were in perfect condition. You can tell how well kept this rental property is. Property management was quick to address any of our questions. Our only suggestion would be to have an outdoor speaker in case you want to have music playing only in the patio, but if you don’t mind music playing throughout the house, the speaker sound system in the living room is perfect and music can be heard in the pool without a problem. This property deserves all the star ratings available and I would definitely book it again.

Beautiful home on the water! We absolutely loved staying at the Villa Plantation, it made the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was truly one of our best vacations ever because we were so comfortable on the property and able to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the high end applainces or BBQing and eating dinner outside with a view of the canal each night. The layout of the home is great for hosting a family or group of friends- with a great room, high ceilings and open space. I highly recommend renting a boat through CoralVilla too! Having your own boat on the private dock just footsteps away is true luxury. We went on the boat every day! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in but the location is also close to great restaurants as well. This vacation property will not disappoint!

Enjoyed our stay at your home, we have stayed at many places and your was the cleanest place we have stayed. The house has everything you need. I highly recommend to anyone that they will love this home.
Week of relaxation and comfort
My wife and I just spent a week here at beautiful Villa Plantation. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was gorgeous on a canal where we did some kayaking everyday. We were able to see dolphins and Manatees from our pier in the backyard. So peaceful. It was a great experience.

Communication with the host was very timely, and check-in/out was a breeze. The house is very clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Lots of beach towels provided! There is even a small office space. My only complaint is that we had to come home. :(
Very surprised at how easy it was to check in/out and communicate. The house was extremely clean, everything in working order, and clear instructions in the book provided for reference. We have NO complaints.

Villa Plantation more then exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful home on the water in a key location near the Cape Harbour Marina. Close to all the local waterfront restaurants and bars. The house is spectacular, loved the inside out design! The house completely opens to the back of the property creating such a surreal ambiance in the evenings while enjoying the sunsets. The house is a must!!

We had a great time at this Villa. Everything we needed for a family vacation, very clean and well cared for. Excellent location close to grocery stores and dining. Very quiet and safe location. Will certainly come back to this location on next visit. Very responsive property managers and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!
