Lassen Sie sich von dieser Villa und der hervorragenden Lage verzaubern. Für Bootsfahrer ist diese Villa ein MUSS. Sie sind in ein paar Minuten auf dem River und passieren keine Brücken oder Schleusen.
Das übergroße Eckgrundstück bietet einen tollen Wasserblick auf die drei aufeinandertreffenden Kanäle. Auf diesem Grundstück genießen Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne und Abends die tollen Sonnenuntergänge Floridas. Der lange Steg inklusive Tiki Hut lädt zum Verweilen und Beobachten der Meerestiere ein. Viele Delphine und Seekühe schwimmen hier vorbei.
Der Wohnbereich ist mehr als großzügig ausgestattet. Hier finden Sie einen schönen Essbereich, die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Wohnzimmer, welches auch über einen Billardtisch verfügt. Durch die vielen Fenster und Türen zum Außenbereich ist der Wohnbereich mehr als lichtdurchflutet.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Der TV im Wohnraum ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet, damit können Sie auch deutsche Programme schauen.
Die Villa verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer mit vier Kingsize und einem Queensize Bett und vier Bädern. Sie bietet somit ausreichend Platz für zwei oder mehr Familien.
Außergewöhnlich und unbeschreiblich ist hier, dass vier Schlafzimmer über große Glasschiebetüren direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich haben. Luxus für die ganze Familie!
Der Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird ohne Chlor mit einer modernen, hautschonenden Salz-Technik betrieben. Dies ist für Leute mit einer Chlorallergie von großem Vorteil - das Wasser fühlt sich nicht salzig an - vielmehr ist es weich und sehr angenehm. Ein separat beheizbarer Whirlpool für gemütliche Abende ist vorhanden. Genügend bequeme Sonnenliegen und eine große Lounge Ecke stehen zur Verfügung, damit Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne und das perfekte Florida-Feeling genießen können. Der große Gasgrill wird Ihnen das perfekte Dinner auf den Tisch zaubern. Der Außenbereich ist außergewöhnlich groß, sodass Sie auch mit 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz haben.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Mit etwas Glück entdecken Sie Delphine. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

The house and pool are excellent and it is a short way out to the ocean with a boat. The villa was up to date technically and the view unbelievable.
Fantastic stay
Great location with daily visits from dolphines. More than enough space inside and ouside the villa and many enjoyable items such as a kayak, fishing rods, pool toys, etc. The property management team supported and communicated very well with the challenging situation surrounding Hurricane Milton. C ya next time:-)
Great house
House was wonderful and the area was very nice. The house had nearly everything needed to come on vacation without having to pack the large bulky beach items. Will definitely be staying again

Great location, fantastic pool for our kids (age 8/17/16) but deep so not suited for small kids below +/- 6 years. Can really recommend this house.

A wonderful stay.
Such a beautiful location. The view is stunning especially when the sun is setting. The bed could use an update in the master bedroom with the attached bath but other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for some R&R. The outdoor space was the best part.
A truly beautiful home!
We had an amazing time, the backyard view was spectacular from dolphin, fish and manatee sightings to the beautiful sunsets every night. The pool/hot tub was well maintained and the house included all the essentials. It was a perfect stay!

Fantastic Stay
Our family had a fantastic week at Villa Superior. The home was described very accurately and was very spacious for our family. The location on the water was perfect for daily boat/fishing trips. The pool and dock area were great for enjoying the Florida sun! We were very happy with this property and all expressed that this was the best home we had stayed at over many years of going to Cape Coral.

Diesmal war es die Villa Superior. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem fantastischen Außenbereich in einer der besten Lagen in Cape Coral. Gerade mit mehreren Familien oder Paaren eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Lage geht nicht besser! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich nette und zuverlässige Service von Andreas. Sollte mal eine Kleinigkeit zu erledigen sein, ist er sofort zur Stelle und dazu auch noch besonders freundlich. Sowohl die Villa, als auch Andreas bekommen 5 Sterne.

Best villa we ever had in Cape Coral (and the boat too)
We, a family of 4, had a wonderful vacation. The property management was very nice and professional. We enjoyed living outside basically all the time. The sunsets on the canal were amazing. Had a wonderful month in Cape Coral staying at Villa Superior, it was great fun watching the boat traffic every day. Many occasions dolphins went by which was exciting. It is convenient to all of the things we typically do in Cape Coral. Sunset on the Lanai was amazing every evening. I highly recommend the Villa Superior

Amazing rental
This is one of the nicest rentals we have done. Location was beautiful. Caught fish right off the dock. The lanai was awesome. We stayed outside from morning to night. Rarely used the living room. Really enjoyed the Cape Coral area. We will be renting again.
Fantastic House & Location
I must say, this place is simply STUNNING. The view from each room shows you the ocean, the pool is salt water, i had no clue, its so fresh to swim in. The jaquzee was amazing... 80% of the house no mattter where you relax, you can see the ocean and boats going back and forth, its really enjoyable. Every day there was a breeze, sun shining in your face, and the attention to detail in this house is stunning. I mean CALVIN KLEIN floor mats, comeon!!!! wow, truly spoil you! Everything was SUPER CLEAN and sanitized, the photos dont do justice. Oh the shower in the main master bedroom (really they all feel like master bedrooms) that shower is something else, huge tiled walls, just a true beach house but SUPER HIGH CLASS and ELEGENT !!!!! I would come here again in a heart beat! You will enjoy your stay, its quite, no parties, no crazy people, just nice good ole' relaxing time!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this home in Cape Coral.
The home was perfect and spacious for our party of 8 with two families. Everyone loved the doors that opened to the lanai. The view from the lanai was just gorgeous. We rented a boat for the week, and the instruction was wonderful. We were lucky to see dolphins on a couple of our days on the boat, which was one of the highlights of the trip! Sanibel Island was a short drive or boat ride, and we collected so many beautiful seashells. We will definitely be back as we all fell in love with the area and the location of this home!
Great location
House is very spacious and is very comfortable for large groups. Highly recommend renting a boat from CoralVilla when booking the house. We rented a boat and it was very enjoyable. Had one issue and the captain responded in less than 15 minutes and replaced a part quickly and we were on our way. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool is very large and plenty of pool toys provided. Very clean home. Lots of beach equipment in garage. Check in was very easy and Anja was wonderful for check in and check out and showed us how to work everything in the home. Property manager Monja was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again or another home from Coral Villa.

We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous condo
It had everything we needed and more. We could have relaxed at the condo all week enjoying time with my family and outdoor meals. Such beautiful views at all times from early morning until the evening. We loved that all the rooms we used had sliding doors to access the pool lounge area. Loved the enclosed pool area. There were zero bugs flies when eating outside. The decor was gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. Very comfortable. Top notch and super clean. We enjoyed renting a boat and driving to Sanibel and Captiva to enjoy daily times and the beach... Also went to Ft. Myers for a few meals. We will definitely come back! Great Location. Kids enjoyed long boarding and we enjoyed walking in the mornings and early evenings when we were not out watching the beautiful sunsets. Quiet peaceful area. One of our favorite family destinations.

The best family vacation EVER!!
Celebrated my Moms 80th with her grandsons and great grandsons all week! The accommodations were perfect for 8 adults and 3 babies! The floor plan is perfect for family to mingle and to find privacy when needed!! Hope to return!!
Absolutely perfect
The house was perfect. The pictures are great but in real life it exceeded all expectations. Clean, light, modern. We had 3 adults and 5 children and it was very spacious, never crowded. The pool, lanai and view are amazing. The pool is deep, the lanai is shaded and comfortable and we loved sitting out to watch the kids fish and the boats go by. Highly recommend you rent a boat. It’s a 20 minute boat ride to Sanibel Island and just a bit more to Fort Myers. The high point of a great trip, and Cape Coral is definitely a boating town! We couldn’t have been happier, and would love to go back!

It was very clean upon arrival and had everything you could possibly need! The location was stunning, and we spotted several manatee and dolphins! It was a quick drive to Sanibel Island a s Ft. Myers Beach, too. I would highly recommend this home!

This is a beautiful spot. The pictures don’t do it justice. You won’t even want to leave it’s just so nice.

Breathtaking morning and night atmosphere.
This house is very nice, well equipped and its location is absolutely beautiful. It is close to stores and restaurants and a short boat ride to the Golf of Mexico. The pool is very deep and I was not aware of that, and they have no signs showing the depth on the sides either. But if you are all swimming in the family, then there is no problem, there is room for lots of fun in the sun. The cleaning could use a bit of improvement, nothing major, but small details...for picky people. If you decide to rent this property, make sure to rent a boat also and hopefully the weather will allow you to enjoy it. Mr. Florian, the skipper, was very nice and professional. He is the one in charge for dropping off the boat if you rent one, and he does the training as well with you, and that's worth every penny. An additional charge in cash for $200 you'll be paying him if you rent a boat. Again, that is necessary and well worth it. He is a professional and not only that he knows all the in and outs of the boats, riding experience, locations, things to be aware of to stay safe, but he also has a pleasant and very polite attitude.
The house is really nice and the location, as I said, is beautiful, offering breathtaking morning/night atmosphere.

The house was just like the photos. The house was clean, pool/spa worked, and the view was awesome. The management team was great too. They immediately responded to our questions and was available if we had any issues. The house is in a great location and from there you can go to beaches, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral restaurants or many different golf courses. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a large group or family.

The residence is beautiful with a sunning dock, boat tie off, can fish and paddle board from it easily. The pool is deep and lovely with a large area for eating and relaxing. The set up with four bedrooms on one wing and a master on the other is fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked, double ovens and open. Location is close to stores, bait shops, beaches and restaurants. Love that the home sat in a cul-de-sac with a nice garage. Canal runs straight to the river then out to the gulf. Recommend staying longer than shorter at the property. I would say the only downfall is if you are a sports fan, the home has probably the most basic cable I have ever seen and it is on only one TV. It needs a box outside also and upgrade so you get more sports and maybe some movies for family or kids if weather goes south. If you select this property you will enjoy it immensely. If you have young children, lots of deep water in the pool and outside in the canal which is attached to the main channel so be aware.
I would stay here again without question and recommend it to all
This is an amazing property and very clean. The location is perfect as its quiet enough to enjoy time away, but plenty of action when you look for it.The setup with the river in your backyard connected to an amazing pool and covered outdoor space was great. The sound system is everywhere as well so you could enjoy music or turn on one of the many TV's. Everything in the house worked as expected and the place was very clean and contained a great amount of supplies as well. The location to Sannibel and Ft. Myers was a great boat ride from the backdoor. You can also get very quickly through the neighborhoods to get to where ever desired.

We had the pleasure to enjoy an extraordinary vacation. The villa is incredibly spacious and tastefully furnished, beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need, even with citrus press and blender. You can spend your days on the elegant outside lounge and just watch boats go by, or even dolphins and manatees. A great pleasure for our kids was the unusually deep pool, perfect for trick jumps, and the pool table. The only thing that might disappoint you is the lenght of you vacation, always too short...29.
