Welcome to this beautifully new built pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral.
As soon as you enter the villa you get that vacation feeling. The bright, light-flooded living and dining area invites you to relaxed mornings and entertaining (TV) evenings. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Besides a coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine (please bring capsules). From every corner of the room you can enjoy views of the lanai, the pool and the canal. Enjoy relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space to cook.
After storing your luggage in one of the four bedrooms, you can enjoy your first cocktail or coffee outside while watching the boats and animals on the canal - just relaxing!
On hot summer days, a dip in the refreshing pool is a must - it can be heated electrically.
In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.
With the BBQ grill you can prepare delicious meals on a mild summer evening. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets and relax in the lounge group on the terrace, which even has a gas-powered fire pit for the cooler evenings.
Nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. Villa Escpae provides two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and two with a queen size bed, as well as three bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.
Two kayaks are available to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. If you're lucky, you will be accompanied by some dolphins! You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We had the most relaxing time at this house. It had anything that you would need for the perfect Florida vacation. From spending time in the pool and hot tub to fishing off the dock. There’s even coolers and beach chairs for a day at the beach. The kitchen is set up with anything you would need to cook meals. We were also surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The house is centrally located to many great attractions that are only a short drive away. The CoralVilla team was very helpful with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in diesem Haus. Es hatte alles, was man für den perfekten Florida-Urlaub brauchen würde. Von der Zeit in den Pool und Whirlpool zu fischen aus dem Dock zu verbringen. Es gibt sogar Kühlboxen und Liegestühle für einen Tag am Strand. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt. Wir waren auch überrascht, wie bequem die Betten waren. Das Haus liegt zentral zu vielen tollen Attraktionen, die nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt sind. Das CoralVilla-Team war sehr hilfsbereit bei allem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung und sauber. Tolle und ruhige Gegend. Gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Hafen sind in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Andi war tadellos. Alles in allem seht zu empfehlen. Wir würden diese Villa und den Anbieter jederzeit wieder buchen.

A great place to stay.
Beautiful, spacious home, very comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, very quiet and easy to find. Great heated pool and patio. The house is extremely clean. Huge TVs in every room, kitchen had everything. The beds were very comfortable.We hope to return!
The home is brand new and absolutely beautiful.
Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. There was a lot of space for large families and a gorgeous yard/pool/hot tub. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
Heerlijk verblijf
Wij verbleven in augustus 2023 in deze fantastische woning. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad mede dankzij de gastheer en gastvrouw met hun goede tips over de omgeving, de heerlijke boot die we via Coral Villa hebben kunnen regelen en uiteraard door de prachtige vakantiewoning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. De woning heeft een goede ligging en je kunt er ook heerljjk genieten van de rust. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!

We stayed in this fantastic home in August 2023. We had a wonderful vacation thanks to the host and hostess with their good tips about the area, the wonderful boat that we were able to arrange through Coral Villa and of course by the beautiful vacation home with all amenities. The house has a good location and you can also really enjoy the tranquility. In short, worth repeating!
