Description
This villa provides enough space for up to 6 people. Due to the unique corner location of the property, you have an idyllic view across the water and can enjoy the sun by the pool all day long.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with two vanities and big walk in shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible. The other two bedrooms with king size beds share the second bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.
The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax. The open and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Nespresso coffee machine is directly adjacent to the living area.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
As a special highlight there is a game room with airhockey table at the house.
The pool area offers all you could wish for: large pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Although this is a non-smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in der Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine super Größe und ist wundervoll gelegen. Auch der Hausverwaltung möchten wir ein großes Kompliment aussprechen. Total freundlich, immer erreichbar und haben sich schnellstens um alles gekümmert. Es war für uns wirklich einer toller, entspannter Urlaub.
Wundervolle Zeit
CoralVilla & auch die Villa Dandelion sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt per Mail aber auch vor Ort war super freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Villa Dandelion hat all unseren Wünschen & Ansprüchen entsprochen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder & werden sicherlich auch wieder über CoralVilla buchen.
Home away from home
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Villa und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer guten Area, Supermärkte, Restaurants und mehr sind nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es ist modern eingerichtet, hat dazu eine sehr gute Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Auch die Vielzahl an Handtüchern (Pool und Beach) sowie die Strand-Ausstattung war super. Sonos und Nespresso dazu sind optimal für uns. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, die Aussicht auf den Kanal war schön. Zu erwähnen ist auch die wie immer super Abwicklung der Buchung und die tolle Betreuung vor Ort, wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss, was sofort gelöst wurde. Check-In und Check-Out waren nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Dandelion sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.Einer ungetrübten Urlaubszeit steht nichts im Wege
Wir fanden sowohl das gemietete Haus, als auch die Abwicklung in DE, Betreuung vor Ort (ganz toller Empfang im Haus selbst: schon beim ersten Betreten des Hauses war alles für uns "startklar" gemacht worden..) Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt, komfortabel eingerichtet (sowohl innen wie außen: schöner Pool mit Aussicht) und hat eine ruhige Lage: wir haben uns sehr schnell sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Anmietung über CoralVilla nur weiterempfehlen!

Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation mit CoralVilla hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Villa Dandelion war genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Klimaanlage im Haus war sehr leise und man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Wenn wir wieder nach Florida reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal diese Villa nehmen.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Haus vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Es ist wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern. Eine superschöne komplette und moderne Einrichtung mit sehr viel Platz. Es gibt viele tolle Annehmlichkeiten, angefangen von der Fernbedienung für das Garagentor, die Ambiente-Beleuchtung und der riesige Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, eine sehr dezente aber effektive Klimaanlage bis hin zum Airhockey-Zimmer usw. usw. Ein großes Lob und "Danke" auch an Sonja für die Unterstützung vor Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen !Very enjoyable stay at Dandelion!
We enjoyed the house very much. The lanai and pool area were nice and peaceful with a great view of the canal. The house was lovely and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. Sonja was very attentive and available for any questions we had! The air hockey table provided some extra fun!

Such an amazing villa, it has everything you need! The set up and detail throughout the villa was to a really high standard and the salt water pool was brilliant. The host was extremely friendly and made the stay even better and also included some welcome bits to get you started. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Super Pool und Aussicht - kann sehr warm beheizt werden. Das Haus hat eine Heizung, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolles Ambiente.

Villa Dandelion was an outstanding place for a vacation. The home is well decorated and so clean. The CoralVilla staff was very helpful and so welcoming. The villa is well stocked with all the basics. The pool was fabulous! We were able to regulate the temperature of the pool. It was a perfect get-away! We will definitely consider booking this villa again.
What a great stay!
The house was exactly as advertised (if not better!) and we would stay here again in an instant. Very clean, spacious, nice neighborhood, lovely pool and views out the back of the house. The location was a short drive to many restaurants and only about a 30-40 minute drive to beautiful beaches. The check-in & check-out process was easy, clear, and the host was great. This place far exceed our expectations!
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Villa Dandelion for one week in April. The space is exactly as pictured and was very clean when we checked in, with everything we needed available. Depending on the length of your trip, you may need to purchase extra items like dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, towels and toilet paper, but we were expecting that. Check in was very easy with a code sent to us in advance and then the property manager arranged a time to come check us in and out in person once we arrived. Internet was great for the couple of work calls that we had and the TV with streaming apps and Sonos sound system was very welcome. The pool area was nice, though the pool is a bit smaller than we would have liked, but great to relax in with sun exposure all day. Very few people passed by on the canals during our stay, but you can see multiple houses across the water, two of which have at least 5 dogs between them that do bark throughout the day. Not a problem for us, but not exactly peace and quiet all the time. We didn't do much exploring in Cape Coral itself as we selected the location for the house, but it was easy to get around to Ft. Myers and Sanibel/Captiva islands with our rental car. Having the garage access was definitely a bonus! All in all, a great stay and recommend Villa Dandelion for anyone looking to visit SW Florida.
Greatly managed place
Greatly managed place. Spanking clean and well maintained. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook. Plentiful cutlery and glasses - which is not always the case in some accommodations. The pool area is in perfect condition. Communication and check in/out was flexible as needed as our flights changed.

The home was spotless when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable after a long hard day in the pool and lounging in the lanai. If you want a 1st class place to stay while in Cape Coral this is the place for you. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. Our villa was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable! It Was centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house was full of little touches to make our stay easier, like dishes, coffee, pool toys, beach chairs & towels and much more! Property management was very helpful and wonderful to visit with. We will definitely be back!

We loved it here! My husband and I stayed one week and it was perfect. The pool gets lots of sun and the house is beautiful. It had all the cooking supplies that was needed as well. The host was a perfect communicator as well. I’m thinking we might book for next year!

This place is GORGEOUS and it has everything we needed. The pool area is amazing. We spent 10 days with a toddler and a 7-month old baby and it was perfect. Everything was very clean and host was very kind and made herself available. Neighborhood is great for kids. Very quiet. My daughter could ride her bike and run on the street. It is safe. The house has Nespresso coffee maker which was a plus for me. They also have some pool noodles and floats on the garage which made my daughter extremely happy. Several great quality towels for pool and bath. They also have Apple Tv so you don’t need to bring yours. Pool service comes on a weekly basis so they do maintain the pool very clean. We loved the house and we will definitely come back!

Great house - great location
We had a week at Villa Dandelion in march - before everything went Corona-crazy - and we really loved it. Patricia was so nice and helpful and the house just felt brand new. It has everything you need - EXCEPT a decent cable tv package - I know most people probably dont care, but I like watching some tv in the evening and there where practically no channels. Shame when you have such a big nice tv with great Sound and everything. It did have apple TV and all sorts of other streamning options so if you are not from Europe you’ll be fine. But apart from that little tiny detail we only have good things to say about the house. The pool was nice and warm, the grill was clean and we just had a wonderful week. Quality Time!
Wir waren vor Weihnachten 2019 für 2 Wochen in der Villa Dandelion. Wir haben uns in dem Haus von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Entgegen vieler anderer Häuser in Cape Coral punktet dieses Haus durch seine super-moderne Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Bilder sind nicht geschönt - so sieht's da wirklich aus! Nach Fort Myers Beach sind es ca. 30 kurzweilige Minuten Fahrzeit. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind in 5 -10 Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Frau Schommer im Rahmen der Buchung und Rosi und Patricia für den deutschsprachigen Support vor Ort (das reimt sich). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist: die Zeit vergeht so rasend schnell - daran müsste echt noch gearbeitet werden ;-) . Für uns war's ein rundum perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!12. Villa Dandelion was a beautiful, sparkling clean, quiet, private, get away. The pool was sunny all day, the location was close to everything, the amenities were hip, and tasteful... we would love to return in the future.
