The villa inspires with a clear and well thought-out design. A balance between stylish and comfortable distinguishes this exclusive domicile. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and provide a view of the pool deck and waterways. The floor in noble wood optics gives the living area an elegant and warm charisma. The generous kitchen inspires gourmets with its high-quality equipment. Modern kitchen appliances including a Nespresso machine leave nothing to be desired. What is conjured up here can be enjoyed in the chic dining area with a dream view of the pool and canal.
In the living area, an elegant leather sofa and a 75 inch TV invite you to spend cosy evenings watching TV. There are no limits to the entertainment: Thanks to the integrated Apple TV you can even receive German TV programs.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The luxurious, temporary home can accommodate up to six guests. Three bedrooms with king-size beds and two newly designed bathrooms are available. The spacious Master Bedroom offers its residents not only direct pool access but also a stylish bathroom. Here, a freestanding designer bathtub and a large walk-in shower radiate an exclusive spa feeling.
Outdoor lifestyle at its best
Here life takes place outside. Enjoy the incomparable outdoor lifestyle of Villa Inspiration. The sun-drenched pool area with lounge corner, sun loungers and dining area is perfect for relaxing time out. The radiant center of the screen-protected outdoor area is the spacious, heated pool with Jacuzzi. Thanks to effective salt electrolysis, you can swim and splash around in chlorine-free water. This contains only about one tenth of the salt content of seawater and is a benefit for the skin. The sunken pool is framed by an attractive pool deck in light natural stone. In the evenings, a sophisticated pool and outdoor lighting system provides attractive effects. On slightly cooler days - or nights - the Jacuzzi with panoramic views of the canal is the perfect place for relaxing wellbeing. The pool deck or the romantic, waterfront terrace is the ideal setting for a sundowner. With a bit of luck, dolphins or manatees are passing by in the adjacent canal at this very moment. There is no more atmospheric way to round off a day's vacation.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

A boat rental is recommended!
There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats for selection directly under the location map according to the description. In the booking you can choose the boat of your choice directly.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

Die Villa Inspiration ist top!! Es fehlt an nichts, die Betreuung sowohl in D als auch in CC war easy und relativ unkompliziert. Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht, ein drittes Kanu wäre top gewesen, da wir mit 2 Kids da waren- aber ansonsten durchweg 5 Sterne! Besonders am Morgen bei Sonnenaufgang diese Ruhe am Kanal einfach herrlich. Die Lage ist recht gut, da man sehr schnell aus CC raus ist, wenn man Unternehmungen tätigen will. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution ging innerhalb von 3 Tagen über die Bühne, also ein großes Lob an das Team hier in Germany als auch vor Ort in CC .... wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

We have just returned home form spending a week in Villa Inspiration, from the moment we walked through the doors we were impressed by it's quality and location. The villa is very well equipped and spacious enough for up to x6 people. The living/dining spaces are large and comfortable. The local team were very attentive to us and on hand if there were any issues, which there weren't. The gardens and pool were maintained whilst we were there and to a high standard. We rented a boat, this villa has easy access from the canal and then onto the river and beyond. This is our second time booking with Coral Villas and they have been great to deal with in all aspects of the holiday. We would return to this villa as well as Villa Dolphin that we stayed in last year.Plenty of space with beautiful views and a short boat trip to the Gulf
We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms, lots of space, a lovely heated pool. The jetty is right next to the house. In our time it was very quiet in the evening and at night. We were able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Our hosts were very helpful and always available.

Vielen Dank an das CoralVilla Team und ein Riesenlob an die Vermieter dieser traumhaften Villa! Die Buchung und Betreuung unseres Aufenthaltes in der Villa Inspiration verliefen wie immer reibungslos. Frau Schommer und ihr Team kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Kunden. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den Eigentümern dieser Villa. Sie ist wunderschön renoviert und man sieht, dass sie mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert wurde, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. In den Betten schläft man super und die Ausstattung der Küche mit allen erdenklichen Geräten bis hin zum Mixer und der Nespresso Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der gesamte Outdoor Bereich mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sitzecke auf dem Sundeck direkt am Wasser ist perfekt, so dass man morgens schon den Kaffee in der Sonne genießen kann. Überhaupt ist die Lage der Villa das größte Plus: die Aussicht auf den breiten Kanal ist grandios, man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und mit einem Boot (was wir dazu gemietet hatten) ist man schnell auf dem River oder auf Sanibel Island oder Captiva. Die Villa Inspiration ist für einen tollen Urlaub in Cape Coral nur zu empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :-) Liebe Grüße, Familie B.
Traumbilds und perfekter Service
Wir hatten fantastische 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Es war alles perfekt. Maik hat uns 1A eingewiesen, sich viel Zeit für alle Erklärungen genommen und war super nett. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Ganz besonders genossen haben wir die Zeit im Whirlpool und unsere Ausflüge mit den Kajaks. Das i-Tüpfelchen war die Mappe im Haus mit allen Erläuterungen zum Haus und Tipps für Ausflüge. Was wir zudem sehr empfehlen können, ist ein Ausflug zur 45 min entfernten Babcock Eco Ranch mit Safaritour. Ach ja und geht unbedingt auch zu Lobster Lady. 😋 Ein ganz großes Lob an Frau Schommer von CoralVilla, die sich im Vorfeld viel Zeit genommen hat, sehr verständnisvoll, herzlich und entgegenkommend war. Wir mussten Corona bedingt 2x Mal umbuchen und letztes Jahr kam Hurrican Ian dazwischen. Vielleicht sollte es so sein, denn jetzt hatten wir den perfekten Urlaub. Auch die Abrechnung im Nachgang wurde superschnell erstellt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder bei CoralVilla buchen. Der Service hätte nicht besser sein können.

What a beautiful place!
We spent a week and didn’t want to leave. The location is quiet and a perfect place to relax.
We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
House was quiet and private and pool was amazing with the hot and humid weather. Home was clean and had all the basic needs including pool towels. Kitchen had virtually everything you’d need. We ended up cooking a lot this stay and it was great to have the essentials on hand. Beds were comfortable too. Property management does an in person check in and check out FYI. Was nice to ensure things were in order so no surprise charges. Our stay was exactly as we hoped.
Wonderful Spring Break!
The house was clean, well stocked, and simply amazing. Every detail was covered. The property management's service and attentiveness was top notch. Our stay was at the end of March and the weather was perfect! 80°-85° and sunny. A consistent gulf breeze cooled us as we spent most of our time in the beautiful pool/hot tub/deck area where we watched and waved to the constant traffic of interesting (and sometimes exotic) vessels as they tooled down the channels and canals surrounding us. In the mornings we enjoyed coffee on the lower deck area that sits right on the water. The property is plotted right on the corner of several waterways which, from this lower deck, gives you the vantage point that appears as you are surrounded by water. This faces east, so the morning sunrises were AMAZING and the subject of dozens of photos throughout our week. Also, we were greeted by dolphins and manatees most mornings as well. Thank you for the use of your villa, as well as your service. We'll be back to your property/'s for sure!

Allem in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub und das Haus hat genau dem entsprochen wie es angegeben war. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war super unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bootsanmietung völlig problemos und Lieben Dank an Clyde für die Einweisung und Unterstützung. Vielen Dank auch an Mike und das Team von CoralVilla und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
Wunderschönes Haus 15. Januar - 04. Februar 2023
Wir hatten das Haus für 3 Wochen gemietet und eine entspannte Zeit verbracht. Durch die moderne Ausstattung, die tolle und ruhige Lage am Kanal und die freundliche und kompetente Betreuung durch Mike hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Auch die Küchenausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Mit den beiden Kajaks haben wir die Kanäle in der Umgebung erkundet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This is a Beautiful place, inside and out. Furnishings and decor was very modern and beautiful Everything was great. Owners were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival with Hurricane Ian uncertainty and other questions. Only had one minor issue with pool hot tub but that is a minor glitch in what was a great vacation.

WOW! Our family had the best week at the villa. The home was beautiful! It looks exactly as pictured. We wanted a relaxing trip and this was just the ticket. The host was great, and provided everything we we needed to get started on our stay and lots of great recommendations of places to visit.

Very clean. A minimalist’s dream location. Well worth the price. Don’t forget your tp and other essentials. Location for boating is the best. They have many other things to do in the garage though and it’s local to a bunch of restaurants and some shopping with research.

Checking in & out with Sonja was simple & quick, she was very helpful in showing us around the home & answering any questions we had. Our initial walk in was over whelming as this place is more beautiful in person then in pictures! Even though the weather was a bit chilly while were there we enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub! We were surprised that bikes & kayaks were provided and used both at our leisure! Everything that is needed in a kitchen is there! We went the farmers market on 47th St and I juiced oranges when we returned. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, Ft Myers Beach. Something for everyone! We really did enjoy our stay at Villa Inspiration, Thank you!

Pros: Beautiful as seen in pictures. Very clean house and private pool. Clean towels and linens. Washing machine and dryer. Polite and welcoming host. I highly recommend esp for large families. One minor con: not much privacy b/c front door is glass and large kitchen window has no blinds, but thats how all the houses are in that area.

Villa Inspiration - 2 week stay June 19 thru July 3, 2021
Villa Inspiration was exactly as shown in the photographs. We had a very relaxing 2 week stay. The views were fabulous being on intersecting canals. My husband spent many hours fishing and it was always a surprise to see what he pulled out of water using live shrimp. Patricia was wonderful and explained how everything worked the day we checked in. I highly recommend CoralVilla to anyone looking for a great relaxing retreat. We saw dolphins, manatees, and stingrays. I love Cape Coral and have stayed in other rental vacation homes over the past few years. This place was amazing! Right when you open the door the view takes your breath away- it's that gorgeous! The entire place is super clean, newly updated and everything you could possibly need is there for you (beach chairs, washer/dryer, lots of towels, etc.). We can't wait to come back!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this villa. The amenities were excellent and the view was amazing. It serves as a nice private retreat while also being a short drive from several different beaches.

German version below --------- My wife and I had a great vacation in this awesome place in Cape coral. The house seems to be freshly renovated, decorated with modern furniture. The screened-in patio and pool area is super relaxing, the corner lot surrounded by water is great for viewing sunsets - we we where even able to spot some dolphins right in our "backyard"! As recommended, we've rented a boat and the experience has been awesome - Nico did a great job telling me all I need to know as first time boater. All in all a great vacation - we will come back! ---- Meine Frau und ich hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus in Cape Coral. Das Haus scheint frisch renoviert zu sein, ausgestattet mit modernen Moebeln. Der komplett mit Fliegengitter umgebene Aussenbereich mit Pool ist super entspannend, die Lage des Hauses auf einem Eckgrundstueck, umgeben von Wasser, ist grossartig, um den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen - wir haben sogar Delfine direkt am Haus gesehen! Wie empfohlen haben wir uns ein Boot gemietet, die Erfahrung war tool - Nico machte einen tollen Job und erklaerte mir als Bootsanfaenger alles, was ich wissen musste. Ein grossartiger Urlaub - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir fühlten uns in jeder Lebenslage von dem CoralVilla Team und ihrer Chefin in Watte gebettet. Das Haus hat für uns als Bootfahrer und Angler eine tolle Lage. Delphine, Sonnenauf und Untergänge inclusive. We will come back in unseren Sehnsuchtsort Cape Coral!
