Description
This newly renovated and spacious vacation villa is beautifully and quietly located. The popular destinations such as Fort Myers Downtown are quickly accessible.
The sprawling property is bordered by a small lake that invites you to relax and unwind.
Nothing will be lacking in the furnishings of this Villa Journey. The entire house is tiled. No carpet! Super for allergy sufferers.
The villa sleeps 6 guests and has 2 king bedrooms and a queen bedroom. The master suite is adjoined by a spacious master bath with soaking tub and large shower.
The living area is spacious with plenty of room for 6 people, flat screen TV, DVD player, cable TV and comfortable couch area. The kitchen is very spacious and lacks nothing in appliances. It is high quality with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The pool area offers a large heated pool, a hot tub as well as sunbeds, a barbecue and another dining table.
In addition to the good home furnishings, you'll also find beach chairs, cooler and beach essentials for your excursions in the garage.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.

The house is exactly as described and looks like the pictures. It was comfortable and clean. Great amenities and the neighborhood was very quiet.
We had a pleasant stay.
Checkin was easy, although the 10am check out was too early for us. The home is in fabulous condition and the house is in an area that is convenient to almost everything. It was nice to have a pool to cool down on the hot days. Everything works well. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything that you’ll need to cook meals for your family. The area is a quiet residential development. The manager was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for you Southwest Florida vacation stay.
We had the best time
We spent most of our time in the pool area which was spacious and comfortable and the heated pool and the hot tub were fun and relaxing. Anja was very responsive, although the only issue was the ice maker, which was repaired the very same day. The location was perfect for travelling to and from my daughter's home. The home was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home! We're hoping to stay again in the future. Thanks, CoralVilla!
I highly recommend.
This is our 4th year renting in March and this was by far the best house. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and had great towels, linens and the kitchen had everything we needed for the month. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was easy to warm up and such a great bonus to the house. We loved it so much we are renting again next year. Anja was a text away if there was any problem. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s a great place to rent if you want privacy and lots of room.
Traumhafte Villa zum Entspannen
Wir haben 2 wundervolle und entspannte Wochen in der Villa Journey verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!! Die Villa ist ein Traum und die Umgebung sehr gepflegt, die Managerin sowie die Betreuerin vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind toll, besonders gut hat uns Naples und Marco Island gefallen. Rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!We loved the house
We wanted to try a stay in North Fort Myers and this house was an excellent choice for us. We had another couple stay with us for part of the trip and it worked out great. The pool and spa were a real treat and we loved the privacy that the house offered. The house was very clean throughout and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was great, Anja greeted us when we got there and was available for any questions. We discovered some great restaurants in the Cape Coral area and downtown Fort Myers which are both within 20 min drive.

I looooved loved the house. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent a week in the home and I did not want to leave. Felt like home. Furthermore management was amazing. We had a few hiccups and they were immediately on it. Anja, our personal “host” was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. Cannot wait to go back.

Hallo! Wir waren zum 1. Mal in der Villa Journey. Und was soll ich sagen: wir waren sehr sehr enttäuscht..... dass wir leider nur 1 Woche da waren. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns mal so richtig entspannen. Das Haus ist einfach toll, super ausgestattet, der Blick zum See genial und die Gegend herrlich ruhig. Die meiste Zeit haben wir im Pool und/oder Whirlpool verbracht :-) Die komplette Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Vielen lieben Dank an Anja für die kompetente und nette Betreuung.
