Description
This villa offers you all you could wish for: Located in Cape Corals beautiful and prestigious Rose Garden, the villa is directed to the south and has an idyllic view across the water. Watch dolphins and manatees pass by and play. Boaters will appreciate the excellent boat location near the river.
There is lots of space on the two floors and the pool deck with tiki hut lounge area. Spend your evening in the game room with pool table, darts and kicker. Enjoy the heated pool and spa or use the BBQ Grill for delicious meals. For music and movie fans we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker) so you can listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the house. The TVs are equipped with Apple TV.
Villa Key West has four bedrooms and four bathrooms providing enough space for two or more families. Numerous inside and outside areas offer ideal refuge places for everyone to relax. It has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).
In the pool area there are enough loungers and a BBQ grill for great barbecue evenings, as well as a dining table. The beautiful pool deck is laid out in attractive natural stone; the pool has been recently renovated with glass tiles in a modern design. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. The villa has a professional insect spray system around the terrace.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are two stand-up paddle boards available to explore the canals.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.

Relaxing getaway in a great Cape Coral location
Picture perfect weather for our 8 days! Lovely pool area with a 2 story lanai. Dock area was a must in the late afternoon to catch a breeze or see the dolphins! House delivered as promised! Lovely stay!
Fabulous Family Vacation
We took our adult kids, spouses and grandchildren age 4 and 10 months on this vacation. It was a great home with 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The pool area is fantastic and very large. It looked out on a large canal area not like the typical canals in the area. The pool was in the sun all day which was perfect and what we always look for. There were pool floats and toys. We did go to the beach and they provided 2 beach chairs. We would have loved an umbrella with the baby with us. There was a sand bucket and shovels for the 4 year old. The kitchen was large and very well appointed. We never used the grill but they have one. There is a bathroom right off the pool which is convenient. The house was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The only thing we could say is that getting to any beach on the gulf is a 35-45 minute drive over bridges that can back up. There was a charge at the end of our stay with the electricity used heating the pool which was a new thing for us with rentals. The management company was wonderful and very prompt with any questions we had.
The house was perfect.
Only 4 adults and a 4 yr old and was ideal. Everyone had their own space and 2 sitting/tv rooms were perfect for 2 families. The location is great. Watched the manatees and even seen a few dolphins. The property manager Patricia was excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend this home for your family.

Everything was as presented. Quick response from the host when needed. Perfect place for a boat rental if your a boating/fishing group. We would all return for another stay.

Perfect setting with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The owner was always available to answer questions, give advice for dinning etc. Home is very clean and accommodating.
Great Family home!
We stayed at the villa with our family of 5. Kids 18,16, and 9. Lots of space to spread out for everyone. Great neighborhood and home was super clean. Only thing that would have made the property perfect would have been paddleboards and bikes. We ended up renting them in town and loved every minute of the vacation.

CoralVilla was the perfect escape for our family! The amenities were perfect for our boys ranging in age from 5-16. They loved the pool, hot tub, kayak and garage game room. The villa was extraordinarily clean and Patricia (our host) was very friendly and responsive! We couldn’t find life vests for the Kayaks and within minutes of my text they were dropped off at our front door! You can’t beat the view. The location was not as close to the beautiful beaches as I had hoped, but close to plenty of shops & restaurants. You can get to many other spots within 30 minutes or so! We would most definitely return!

Very nice house in a safe and clean neighborhood.
The rental process was smooth. I did think it was wired that we paid for electricity and cleaning but where still asked to do house hold laundry prior to check out. In the end it was nicer to have the towels and linings in the home than have to bring our own.
The house was just perfect.
Very spacious for my family. The pool and hot tub were a hit and we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place. I'll like to come back anytime soon. Everything was excellent and we really loved it. The pool was great, but sometimes it was too hot.

Amazing place!
Location is awesome!
This house is FABULOUS! It has access to the gulf by boat - yet it’s on a Great Lake instead of just a skinny waterway where you are staring at your neighbors from the back deck. This view is fabulous to wake up to and a dream to fall asleep to the twinkling lights on the water. The house itself is super spacious, the beds were comfy, two living rooms was a bonus, the kids loved the pool and the pool table, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The hot tub is a bit clunky to operate, but it was worth the hassle to relax each night looking out over the water.

The house was great! Convenient location to most everywhere we wanted to go. The view is beautiful! I would definitely recommend and would return.
Great family getaway
Everything about this property was as good if not better as described and it proved to be the perfect place for our family getaway. Our kids (6 and 9) loved the spaciousness of the house, the games in the garage and especially the patio/pool area and were happy to spend all day there playing without ever feeling like they needed to go anywhere else to keep having fun. Would highly recommend both the property and the managers, who were great to work with throughout the entire process, to anyone!

This is one of the best properties we have found for our large family with small children. Two masters plus two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Tons of space.

Impressive property - photos don't do it justice, it feels much bigger. Location is great and support from CoralVilla was excellent. One thing we weren't expecting, which wasn't in the original villa description or the booking confirmation is that the electricity comes out of your security deposit
Wonderful and magical stay in Cape Coral
Das Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. It was everything the listing stated but even more beautiful than the photos can provide. We caught beautiful fish off the dock in the evenings and boated to Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva during the days. The pool and spa were enjoyed by everyone and the bedroom location and sizes allowed everyone to have their own separate quiet areas to unwind from the daily escapades. We travel from Colorado every year and have already shared with our friends who are already looking to come down and experience the same enjoyment that we received from this beautiful canal home. Best vacation home!
Our family of 5 just returned from a 9-day stay in this beautiful home. This is our third rental in Cape Coral. Beds were super comfortable. Showers were fabulous. Very quiet. The lanai is massive and a show stopper. Youll be hard-pressed to find a better view in Cape Coral unless youre on the river. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.
