Description
This villa offers all you could wish for: Located in Cape Coral's beautiful SW Area in walking distance to Cape Harbour, the villa is facing south and has an idyllic view across the water. Watch dolphins and manatees pass by and play. Boaters will appreciate the excellent boating location near the river without bridges.
There is lots of space on the two floors and the pool deck area. Enjoy the heated pool with whirlpool or use the BBQ Grill for great meals. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique.
The Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms providing enough space for two or more families. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as the living room with the open kitchen and a bathroom you can also access from the pool area. The living room has recliner sofas to relax and watch TV on a big screen with a surround sound system for movie theater vibes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare delicious meals. In addition it has a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).
On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, one with the balcony. Another bathroom with shower and tub is located there as well. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Numerous inside and outside areas offer ideal refuge places for everyone to relax.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Tolle Villa, in Ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir waren für 3 Wochen in der Villa Plantation, es war eine tolle Zeit. Nach einigen USA Roadtrips hatten wir uns erstmals dafür entschieden die ganze Zeit an einem Ort zu verbringen, und von dort aus unsere Ausflüge zu tätigen. Resümierend die Ideale Entscheidung. Das Haus liegt in einer Top Nachbarschaft, wie man sie sehr selten vorfindet. Die Villa bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man erwartet, Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind aufgrund einer Flugverspätung erst sehr spät angekommen, die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft schon einladend beleuchtet, eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken stand bereit und es lief angenehme Musik im Haus, das sind tolle Details. Beautiful Cape Coral getaway
A perfect location in Cape Coral! Beautiful open water canal length views to the south and amazing sunsets to the west from the dock and upper level balcony. Sun-filled days relaxing and playing in the pool were wonderful. We traveled as a family of 4 but could have easily shared it with another family. Our host Patricia was very responsive and easy to get ahold of had we needed anything. Great location, close easy access to our favorite restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. A fantastic stay all around!

This place was definitely a home away from home. Communication was A1 and any issue was resolved right away. The pool and hot tub was great. We cooked a few times and was stoked to see everything was there that I needed to cook with. Good stuff too.

The house is wonderful. It was clean and had many amenities. We were able to cook one night and I had everything I needed. We loved the pool and spent every day in it. The location is amazing and we were able to take walks and enjoy the scenery. From our time here we want to retire to this area in a few years.

We would love to stay here again
Beautiful and clean home. We had our 4 kids with us that range from 4-13 that loved playing in the pool everyday. We were able to kayak in the canals with manatees and dolphins that would even come up to the dock. Close enough to shopping and dining but beaches were a bit of a drive(we knew this going in). We would definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Cape Coral again in the future!!
This residence is wonderful and will book again if we go back!

Pretty water views and lots of space for our large family.
We loved it!
A must book home! We had an amazing time at this property. The entire house was impeccably clean, the bed and sheets were super comfortable, and all the decor, furnishings, and everyday household items like cutlery, cups, etc were in perfect condition. You can tell how well kept this rental property is. Property management was quick to address any of our questions. Our only suggestion would be to have an outdoor speaker in case you want to have music playing only in the patio, but if you don’t mind music playing throughout the house, the speaker sound system in the living room is perfect and music can be heard in the pool without a problem. This property deserves all the star ratings available and I would definitely book it again.

Beautiful home on the water! We absolutely loved staying at the Villa Plantation, it made the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was truly one of our best vacations ever because we were so comfortable on the property and able to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the high end applainces or BBQing and eating dinner outside with a view of the canal each night. The layout of the home is great for hosting a family or group of friends- with a great room, high ceilings and open space. I highly recommend renting a boat through CoralVilla too! Having your own boat on the private dock just footsteps away is true luxury. We went on the boat every day! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in but the location is also close to great restaurants as well. This vacation property will not disappoint!

Enjoyed our stay at your home, we have stayed at many places and your was the cleanest place we have stayed. The house has everything you need. I highly recommend to anyone that they will love this home.
Week of relaxation and comfort
My wife and I just spent a week here at beautiful Villa Plantation. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was gorgeous on a canal where we did some kayaking everyday. We were able to see dolphins and Manatees from our pier in the backyard. So peaceful. It was a great experience.

Communication with the host was very timely, and check-in/out was a breeze. The house is very clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Lots of beach towels provided! There is even a small office space. My only complaint is that we had to come home. :(
Very surprised at how easy it was to check in/out and communicate. The house was extremely clean, everything in working order, and clear instructions in the book provided for reference. We have NO complaints.

Villa Plantation more then exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful home on the water in a key location near the Cape Harbour Marina. Close to all the local waterfront restaurants and bars. The house is spectacular, loved the inside out design! The house completely opens to the back of the property creating such a surreal ambiance in the evenings while enjoying the sunsets. The house is a must!!

We had a great time at this Villa. Everything we needed for a family vacation, very clean and well cared for. Excellent location close to grocery stores and dining. Very quiet and safe location. Will certainly come back to this location on next visit. Very responsive property managers and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!
