Description
This beautiful villa was built in the traditional style of the region and is located in one of the top residential areas of Cape Coral on the canal.
It is ideal for boaters due to the quick and easy access to the river without water gates or bridges to get to the nearby islands Sanibel and Captiva or Fort Myers Beach.
From the large and friendly entrance area you will get to the living area with a beautiful view over the spacious lanai and pool area.
The open kitchen provides enough space and a dining area with a marvelous view. Enjoy a shared evening of cooking with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and Nespresso coffee machine. Play a round of pool in the entrance area.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spacious master area with king-size bed and private master bathroom extends over the entire right half of the villa. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a bathtub as well as a separate toilet.
From the master bedroom you have a direct access to the pool area where you can enjoy the sun almost all day long. On the other side of the villa there are two other bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bathrooms has a direct access to the pool area and can be accessed either from the villa or from outside.
Enjoy Floridas wonderful weather in the spacious lanai area with a view over the beautiful pool. The heated pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The water feels very soft and comfortable on the skin.
Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a large BBQ or just relax at the lounge area.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Me, wife and mother-in-law had a wonderfully relaxing 5-day stay. Our daughter joined us for the final night. We loved it! Just like the pictures... European styling, big and open feeling and very clean. Really well-equipped kitchen. The pool was clean, saltwater and at the perfect temperature. The enclosure screen was gone due to hurricane Ian, so we were concerned about mosquitos, but they never showed up. The outdoor furniture is very nice... we enjoyed working on our tans and admiring the channel/waterway. Once we saw 3 dolphins cruising for food, and another time we saw a pair of small stingrays flapping their wings across the top of the water. I wish we would have rented a boat... maybe next time. Very quiet neighborhood aside from occasional daytime work being done on post-hurricane roofs. The beds were comfortable. In the great room we loved playing pool, watching 4K movies on the huge TV from the big comfy leather couch. We played cards at the dining room table. LOVED IT!

Easy sign in and out. Nice pool outside and nice pool table inside. Cooking in kitchen or on grill was easy with plenty of utensils.
Traumurlaub
Die Villa ist luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde mehrfach gewartet und war immer sauber und gechlort. Die beiden Kanus erlaubten und die Erforschung des Kanalsystems und einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Golf. Der Billardtisch wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Verwalter Mike war immer für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Medienausstattungen Musik, Fernseher, Internet und Telefon waren gehobener Standard. Dass der Hurrikan Ian für einige Einschränkungen verantwortlich war (gesperrte Strände, geschlossene Restaurants in Ft. Myers), hat uns den Urlaub nicht vermieden können. Ganz im Gegenteil war der Wille der lokalen Bevölkerung, alles wieder aufzuräumen und aufzubauen enorm groß und viele fleißige Hände haben geholfen. Wir waren hier bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Volle Empfehlung!Nice rental and Sonja was so sweet!

Great spot close to walking paths, restaurants, and right on the canal. Everything about the property was comfortable and clean, just like my own home. Communication w/ property manager was thorough, they met us when we checked in to answer any questions. Definitely keeping it on the “go back” list.

I had such a wonderful time at this Villa. I wanted to get away and relax and this was the perfect location for that. The house was clean and ready when I got there. I booked very last minute and was still greeted and given a tour shortly after arrival. I felt as if any questions or concerns I had were met quickly. I would say the location is great for the price. The beach is about 30 minutes away. There are numerous shops and dining all around so that was never a problem. Also if you wanted to take a day trip to Miami, Orlando, or Tampa they are all within about 1.5 to 2 hrs away. I have recommended all my friends and family to visit. You wont find a much better bang for your buck.
Family Vacation
Pro’s House was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with rental management was excellent and anything you will need is close by. Con’s Neighborhood was a mix between rentals and permanent homes, some of the neighborhood was a bit run down. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to Fort Myers or Captiva beaches (also must pay a toll each time you go from Cape Coral). Charged for electric usage. We rented a boat thinking we would be able to fish from it, we were told not to try as the river is only dredged in the middle and is very shallow on each side of the channel. Navigating the boat through the river is also unlike anything I’ve experienced.

We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. We highly recommend renting a boat! We had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable vacation. Thank-you!

Would have give all 5 stars except for "Accuracy of online listing" because list noted counter-current swimming system but when we arrived we found out that it didn't work. The counter-current swimming system was one of the main reasons why we chose the villa. Other than this we found the property clean, spacious, well appointed, and had everything we needed and more. From beach chairs, a cooler, pool floats, and plenty of towels. We liked the sonos sound system, and played many games of pool on the pool table.

Our Cape Coral Family Vacation
This house was not only clean and beautiful it was located in an area close to so many things , the boat dock was perfect we rented a boat and spent 3 days on the water and when we where back at the house we could lay by the beautiful pool ! There was even a billiard table for entrainment as well . These house felt like a home the week we spent in it . The master bathroom was gorgeous ! You will fall in love with this home ✝️
More than expected
I’ll have to admit, I always set my expectations lower than the pictures state. But this property did not let us down. Although driving through the neighborhood, I was still in doubt, when we walked through the door, we were pleasantly surprised. The house had more provisions than most rentals we stay in, the pool was refreshing, the fishing was convenient and close enough to everything else. Patricia checked us in and gave some local tips and great places to eat. We highly recommend BAM the German bakery. Also if you have kids, the Sunsplash water park is a must. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Renting a house vs staying at a resort/hotel really paid off. We got to stay at a wonderful house and enjoyed the extra space. We look forward to visiting some of the other houses these property owners have as everything was outstanding!

Villa Saxony
The villa was beautifully designed, perfectly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The pool was so relaxing with the saline system. Its in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. I'd like to make a few suggestions: fresh new bed pillows, microwave-safe plates and mugs that don't get super hot , Keurig, and a couple kayaks! It would also be very nice to have one or two comfortable living room chairs. The sofa only comfortably accommodates 3-4 people. The property managers were very attentive and kind. We look forward to returning to Villa Saxony!We had such a lovely vacation.

Wonderful stay at Villa Saxony
We were so happy we chose Villa Saxony and had a great trip. The inside of the property is beautifully decorated in a modern style and equipped with everything you need. The pool is heated and the deck area is very spacious with a fire pit and seating in the corner. There is also a bbq. And sun all day. Also loved the view of the canal. And our kids enjoyed the pool table abs smart TV. Stores and restaurants are all close by. Loved it!

The Villa was perfect for a family getaway. We were skeptical about taking a family vacation during COVID but felt completely safe isolating ourselves in a home away from home. We spent our time playing pool and in the pool and it was perfect.

Wir haben schon verschiedene Villen in Cape Coral gemietet, aber diese hat alles übertroffen - sowohl von der liebevollen und hochwertigen Austtattung als auch vom ausgezeichneten Service. Von der Buchung in Deutschland, über die Betreuung vor Ort inkl. Bootsanmietung lief alles super und völlig reibungslos! Das hat den Urlaub für uns rundum perfekt gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Schöne Villa und super Service
Wir hatten schon einige Villen in Cape Coral gemietet, doch diese Villa mit diesem Service war mit Abstand, das beste Paket. Über die Villa wurde schon viel Positives geschrieben, was wir nur unterstreichen können. All unsere Vorstellungen von der Villa Saxony wurden übertroffen. Was uns aber wirklich beeindruckt hat, war der liebevolle Service vor Ort. Der Kühlschrank wurde mit einigen kühlen Getränken gefüllt und eine Flasche Sekt mit einem Begrüßungsschreiben stand auf der Theke. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Danke an Patricia und Heiko für den tollen Service.

Perfekter Urlaub
Ein perfekter Urlaub vom ersten Moment an. Bereits der Buchungsprozess war reibungslos, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Villa Saxony war wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben, alles hat gepasst. Besonders die liebevolle und abgestimmte Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein technisches Problem mit der Klimaanlage hat Heiko sofort am Anreisetag erledigt. Wir empfehlen sowohl die Buchung über CoralVilla als auch die Villa Saxony absolut uneingeschränkt. Immer wieder gerne, vielen Dank Monja!
clean, great location and updated
We have rented in Cape Coral before and this was the best one. Close to main part of town. All supplies any one would need. Bathroom master shower is huge. Pool and area lovely and temp control home is perfect. Hope to return again. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful, comfortable home on a lovely tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood. This home is exactly as described. Pool was clean, lots of nice towels and furnishings. Only 2 of us in the house, but we enjoyed every bit of it down to the sparkling clean garage! Everything you could hope for in a vacation rental! We would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend this home! Chuck and Leslie R

Man hofft immer, dass die Beschreibung der Wirklichkeit entspricht...wenn man dann aber ankommt und die Realität übertrifft das Erwartete dann weis man, man hat alles richtig gemacht. Hier ist dies so! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hell und sehr gräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool trägt hierzu bei. (Poolboys/Gärtner kümmern sich einmal die Woche) Schon vorab war der Kontakt in Deutschland hervorragend und dies hat sich auch in Florida so fortgesetzt. Die von Patricia vorbereiteten Informationen waren sehr hilfreich und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Besonders schön fanden wir es im "Rumrunners". Die umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht zu finden und bieten reichlich Auswahl für ein leckeres Barbeque auf dem Mega-Grill, welcher auf der Terrasse zur freien Nutzung steht. Genial: Heiko organisiert ein Boot und unterweist. Wenn man sich an seine Tips hält, sind die Ausfahrten jederzeit machbar. Wir würden uns jederzeit über ein Wiedersehen freuen.
Good location and high quality home
Excellent stay and probably the nicest home we have stayed in so far in SouthWest Florida - and we have have stayed in quite a few. Saxony is beautifully laid out and decorated to a very high standard, exactly as pictured. it was also exceptionally well equipped with more than enough of everything we could possibly have needed to enjoy our stay and everything was good quality. As a family of four we especially enjoyed the pool area, the cinema style big screen TV and playing some pool.
Uneingeschränkt begeistert
Wir haben zu 6., zwei Familien mit jeweils einer 17 bzw. 18-jährigen Tochter, 1 Woche in der Villa Saxony verbracht und waren alle rundherum begeistert. Note 1. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Billardtisch wurde nahezu jeden Abend von den Mädels mit den Papas genutzt. Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm und kompetent.

The Villa Saxony is all that it is advertised to be. Being recently refurbished the home is like new with all the up to date amenities. If you are looking to spend some time in the Cape Coral area then this worthy of your consideration.

Sehr schönes Haus, komplett renoviert mit toller Ausstattung. Helle Farben und Modern eingerichtet. Geeignet für Gäste mit Freude am Wohnen und gerne Sorge tragen.
Die Villa bietet alles und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Für Musikliebhaber einfach den eigenen Musikstream mit dem Sonos HiFi System koppeln und geniessen.
Es gäbe noch so vieles positives zu berichten, aber das wäre zu aufwendigt. Gerne schliesse ich meine Bewertung ab mit Perfekt !

Urlaub von Anfang an......
das kann man genau so sagen.
Schon beim Öffnen der Haustüre fühlte man sich "Herzlich willkommen".
Prosecco auf der Bar, Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine Mappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen und noch viel mehr nützlichen Tipps.
Noch besser war die persönliche Betreuung vom Hausteam, immer erreichbar, zuverlässig und kompetent.
Selbst ein Boot wurde uns noch ermöglicht, obwohl eigentlich keines mehr zu bekommen war. Das sollte man auch unbedingt in Betracht ziehen.
Das Haus selbst war natürlich in bestem Zustand, und wie beschrieben.
Erwähnen möchten wir auch gerne die Buchung selbst, hier wurde alles möglich gemacht und das ist schon 5 Sterne wert!
Man sagt ja "Vorfreude ist die schönste Freude", bei uns blieb diese Freude bis zum Schluss!!!
