Relax and enjoy this completely renovated pool oasis home in highly coveted Southwest Cape Coral. The villa features a brand new, luxurious and extra-large pool with spa surrounded by a beautiful garden. The spacious terrace offers enough loungers, lounge furniture, an outdoor shower and a dining table for 6 people. A BBQ grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings. In the 12m long heated pool with sunbed you can comfortably swim some laps. The spa with waterfall invites you to relax.
The open plan living area with dining table and fully equipped new kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. A sunny dining area overlooking the pool and a bar complete the modern facilities. The large windows and the sliding doors to the terrace, which can be opened completely, ensure that the sun and a fresh breeze can enter the house all year round.
The master bedroom with king-size bed has a walk-in closet, TV and direct access to the pool area. Two additional bedrooms, with one king and one queen bed, allow multiple families to enjoy this beautiful home. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. In the house you will find two modern bathrooms with a rain shower in the master bathroom and a shower/bath combination in the guest bathroom. There is also a designated work area with a desk. For music and movie fans we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi-speaker) so you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device.
A double garage and a fully fenced yard make this home private and inviting.
The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.
Recent renovations include: new floor and wall tiles throughout, new kitchen and baths, new appliances, new pool & hot tub, and new furniture!
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus ist top und liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, es ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Pool und Jacuzzi sind der Hammer. Sehr groß, durchdacht und sehr sauber. In mehr als 20 Jahren Florida-Urlaub der beste und schönste Pool den wir bisher nutzen konnten. Vorort wird man durch Vanessa und Andreas sehr kompetent und freundlich betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We spent 2 wonderful, relaxing weeks in this vacation home. Nothing is missing. The facility is in a very well-maintained condition. The house is great and is located in a quiet neighborhood and we can absolutely recommend it. The pool and the jacuzzi are awesome. Very large and very clean. In more than 20 years of Florida vacation, the best and most beautiful pool we have been able to use so far. Vanessa and Andreas will provide you with very competent and friendly support on site. Our stay was lovely.
The pool which is where we spent most of our time was new and absolutely beautiful. Clean and large! Not that I did much cooking, but the kitchen was large, also new and upgraded. The management company met us when we arrived to show us how to use some of the electronics which was extremely helpful. We felt like home there and would work with this company again for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sparkle Blue!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. It is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay and having a private pool was icing on the cake. Property managers, Andy and Vanessa, met us at the house to check us in, familiarize us with specifics of operating the pool, and gave recommendations for local places to eat. We are already talking about visiting again!
The house was very very nice.
The furniture was new and the house was spotless. We had a meeting with the representative manager and he was very helpful and offered suggestions for the local area. We were very pleased with our rental experience and would certainly recommend and return to this property.

Wir haben 3 Wochen hier verbracht und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.Alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool ist wirklich gross.Nette und ruhige Nachbarschaft.Verwaltung vor Ort ist auch sehr nett und alles hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommenSo happy we stayed here!
Property managers Vanessa and Andy were great, friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. Place is beautifully renovated and in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and modern decor. The pool and deck are amazing. top quality. Bed on the softer side for my taste but everything was comfortable. Appreciated the touches of extra beach towels, chairs, etc for excursions to the beach. So happy we stayed here for our trip and would do so again.

We had a fantastic time here! We spent almost the entire week in the pool and jacuzzi. We'll be back again soon!
