Description
Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral. A short walk or bike ride will take you to Cape Harbour.
This villa has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to eight people. The high ceilings create a cozy atmosphere to make you feel at right home.
Enjoy relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space to cook.
Directly from the living and dining areas, sliding doors open to the lanai where you can relax in the sitting area and on the pool loungers. Cooling off is provided by the beautiful salt water pool. This pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes.
Enjoy sweeping views of the wide Eternity Canal - it's just a short boat ride to Cape Harbour from here. There is a boat lift on request and a tiki hut available for you.
The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the lanai through French doors and windows overlooking the canal. The three other bedrooms share two bathrooms.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. If you're lucky, you will be accompanied by some dolphins! You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

All prices including 5 % tourist tax and 6.5 % sales tax. Prices vary according to season and number of guests. Please select the dates of your trip to get the exact rental price.
Electricity is paid by consumption with 18.7 cent/kwh.
Included is Internet - WiFi and cable TV. Our Property Management in Cape Coral will assist you with all your needs.

We stayed here earlier in 2023, and loved the property. Fitted out to a high standard, and close to things like Cape Harbor for the facilities there. Incredibly well equipped kitchen was a standout! Only comment would be that some bicycles would be great.
