Description
Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral. A short walk or bike ride will take you to Cape Harbour.
This villa has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to eight people. The high ceilings create a cozy atmosphere to make you feel at right home.
Enjoy relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space to cook.
Directly from the living and dining areas, sliding doors open to the lanai where you can relax in the sitting area and on the pool loungers. Cooling off is provided by the beautiful salt water pool. This pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes.
Enjoy sweeping views of the wide Eternity Canal - it's just a short boat ride to Cape Harbour from here. There is a boat lift on request and a tiki hut available for you.
The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the lanai through French doors and windows overlooking the canal. The three other bedrooms share two bathrooms.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wir waren im April 2024 dort. Tolles, großes Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Kanal. CoralVilla ist ein perfekter Vermieter. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Tolles Haus
Wir durften über Ostern in diesem tollen Haus Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Kanal gelegen und mit dem direkten Zugang zum hauseigenen Steg, von dem man wundervoll den Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang in Cape Coral genießen kann. Wer seine Angel dabei hat, kann vom Steg den einen oder anderen Catfisch an Land ziehen. Das Haus ist ansonsten voll ausgestattet, die große Terrasse mit tollen Pool, Liegen und Grill lädt zum entspannten Verweilen ein. Als wir einen zusätzlichen Wäscheständer benötigten, wurde uns dieser taggleich vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Echt klasse Service!!! Wir können dieses Haus in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein.

We were able to vacation in this great house over Easter. The location is very nice on the canal and with direct access to the house's own jetty, from which you can enjoy the wonderful sunrise and sunset in Cape Coral. If you have your fishing rod with you, you can land a catfish or two from the jetty. The house is otherwise fully equipped, and the large terrace with a great pool, loungers and barbecue invites you to relax. When we needed an extra clothes rack, the landlord provided it for us on the same day. Really great service!!! We can definitely recommend this house and it will not have been our last stay there.
Relaxation
Great right from the beginning. Very clean, organized property. Quiet and relaxing. Close to everything. Cannot think of anything we needed that was not provided. Cannot wait to go back.
