Description
Visit this vacation home and enjoy the real Florida feeling in a prime location! Both downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral are just minutes away, so you can enjoy the benefits of both cities.
This newly renovated vacation villa is located on a canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential neighborhood with mature trees in south west Florida.
The home features a fully equipped, large kitchen, three bedrooms that sleep up to six people, two with direct access to the pool, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are of course provided in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house has a spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, a heated pool and a full insect screen with its own barbecue area and gas grill.
Fishers will find a true paradise right outside their front door. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
Fort Myers is located in south west Florida and offers many different options for vacation planning. Fort Myers Beach is known for its white, well-kept sandy beaches and various water sports. There are also numerous golf courses and tennis courts. Fort Myers Downtown is the historic downtown area that has been recently renovated and offers many stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. Large shopping centers invite you to shop. Fort Myers offers day trips to the Everglades, other cities and amusement parks.
The offshore islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva are within easy reach.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
*Unfortunately, due to low water levels, boats can't be delivered to the villa at the moment, but we are happy to offer you a replacement dock if you would still like to rent a boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Dieses charmante Haus ist vielleicht nicht mehr ganz neu, dafür aber super renoviert und hat eine ganz tolle Lage. Wir hatten 5 Tage ein Boot und es ist durch die Nähe zum Fluss prädestiniert dafür. Also gleich mit mieten. Auch die beiden Kajaks haben wir öfters genutzt. Abends auf den ganz ruhigen Fluss....eine besondere Stimmung. Falls wir Fragen hatten war Anja immer sofort zur Stelle und einfach über WhatsApp sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir buchen bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren wieder. Vielen Dank

This charming house may not be brand new, but it has been renovated and is in a great location. We had a boat for 5 days and it's predestined for this due to its proximity to the river. So we rented it right away. We also used the two kayaks several times. In the evening on the very quiet river .... a special atmosphere. If we had any questions, Anja was always immediately on hand and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We will definitely book again in the next few years. Thank you very much

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus Seafan. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles noch neu und sehr sauber. Wir haben es geliebt auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, im und am Pool den Tag zu verbringen und einfach "zu sein". Besonders toll ist die Betreuung vor Ort. Anja ist immer ansprechbar und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.Very nice Villa.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch sehr zentral um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Einen herzlichen Dank an Anja, sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir würden das Haus definitiv wieder buchen!Perfect!

Charmantes Ferienhaus
Das Haus wurde liebevoll nach dem Hurrican renoviert. Es hat alles was man braucht (und noch mehr…). Und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Genau das richtige wenn man sich zum Beispiel am grossen Pool entspannen möchte. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und wirkt grösser als auf den Fotos. Wir wurden von Anja hervorragend vor Ort betreut. Vielen Dank dafür. Den ganzen Aufenthalt fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit mehr als 100% weiterempfehlen.Traumhaft
Die Villa ist ganz neu renoviert, alles vom feinsten und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten schon einige Villen in Cape Coral, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die schönste!!! Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet , der Pool ist riesig und angenehm warm und paddeln mit den Kanus macht riesig Spaß, wir konnten Manatees beobachten. Der Kontakt mit Anja war auch richtig nett. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen.Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch Anja, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, ist total lieb, immer erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tips für Unternehmungen rund um den Urlaubsort. Besser geht es nicht! Amazing place to stay
I really enjoyed my week here.
The layout of the ranch house was great and was stocked with enough supplies. Grocery delivery from nearby Publix was super convenient. The pool temperature was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I am also a clean freak and this house was very clean where I did not have to do any cleaning upon arrival. It rained almost every evening I was there and I really enjoyed watching TV on the covered back porch while watching the rain. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks!
Relaxing vacation
We stayed for a week at this lovely house and it was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. It is very quiet, the pool is lovely, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to cook our own meals (and the Publix grocery store is extemely close by). The beds are incredibly comfortable and we really enjoyed the open concept set-up that allowed us to chat while cooking. There are televisions in each bedroom, outside and inside! We loved listening to the birds while reading by the pool. You will want to rent a car to fully enjoy the area. Anja was a very attentive and friendly hostess.

Had so much fun! The house was awesome.
House was very clean - and I'm a germ freak so that's saying a lot! The pool was amazing, we went with our 2 little kids and spent the majority of our vacation in the pool. Anja turned up the heater for us, so even on the "chilly" days the pool still felt amazing!! Location was great, super close to the grocery store and easy to get around. Anja was great to work with, responded to everything almost immediately! Would definitely recommend staying and would definitely come back again!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Seafan. The home is beautiful, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Anja was quick to respond and very attentive to our needs.

Amazing home!
Our property manager, Anja was very communicative with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We could’ve spent all day everyday outside in our own little oasis. 10/10 you have to come check this place out next time you’re in Cape Coral
This is a beautiful home
Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.
